The service was amazing but the pasta was very under cooked like a plastic. The bologna tasted like straight up ketchup and the spaghetti had no sauce, it tasted like buttered pasta. It's a great place but they gotta do better with the food.

Even though I live in the neighbourhood, I was unaware of this restaurant. But I am so glad it is now on my radar. Went with my wife and another couple. Everything was absolutely top notch. We ordered a variety of appetizers and each had a different main course. The food was incredible- full of flavour, cooked to perfection and huge portions. Veal chop was beautiful, pasta was perfectly al dente, veal parmigiana didn’t need a knife it was so tender and the chicken was roasted with an incredible crisp skin but still enormously juicy. The staff was friendly and attentive but still allowed for a nice relaxing pace to the meal. Am only giving it 5 stars because there isn’t an option for more. Probably the best Italian restaurant I have EVER been in. This place is a find. Treat yourself and go.

Go for the food. Go back because of the staff. This was my first time here. From the time we walked in the door, the place was decorated beautifully, and the staff was friendly, helpful, well spoken, and incredibly knowledgeable about their restaurant. The gentleman that seated us (I'm sorry, I don't remember names, but I blame it on the food coma I was in because I actually COULDN'T STOP EATING) explained the dishes, what they were known for and what his suggestions were as well as what portions we should order (they do half portions). We ordered the penne vodka and the gnocchi with the appetizer of burrata e panzanella. They are known for their gnocchi, and all the food was sinfully delicious...but Holy Gnocchi!!The ONLY reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 had nothing at all to do with the food or the people, but the sound. The restaurant was full during our meal, and we had to speak pretty loudly to hear each other because the sound from other conversations carried so much.If you are looking for somewhere to eat Italian cuisine in this area, go here. Just do it. You will not be sorry.... and order the Holy Gnocchi!

TLDR; disappointing service, mediocre food.We arrived five minutes before our reservation. They didn’t even have our table set, so we waited. They also did not check our vaccination QR codes which is currently mandatory. Then we were seated. We were not offered water, drinks, anything, for the first fifteen minutes. It was clear that they were understaffed, and extremely busy. This wasn’t what I expected for a fine dining experience that I had prepaid for, for Valentine’s Day. The server seemed very rushed and anxious. When being asked for what kind of drinks we wanted, the server seemed to emphasize only to us ‘Is just tap water okay?’. Not what I expected from fine dining and frankly was a bit offended/taken aback after seeing the way he served other tables. We asked to switch tables and they said it was probably possible. They switched us thirty minutes after we asked, after I’d reminded them. We had asked to switch because the tables are a bit too closely seated for our liking, and there were empty spots around the floor, so I was confused at their seating arrangement. We were the first out of four couples on our floor. We were the LAST to get our bread and food. The appetizers were okay. Squid ink pasta was good, roasted half chicken was okay. It just tasted like fried chicken. I think that their standard menus are better than the set menu they had for Valentines Day. One of the waitresses seemed new and very nervous, did not really look like she knew what she was doing. When placing our food down the plates clattered against the surface.I was in an off mood for the entire dinner because of the service. Even the couple next to us complained about their food, it’s temperature, and how long everything was taking. They didn’t even end up eating their main courses. They were the last couple to arrive but ended up leaving at the same time as us.Also, there was another couple that really did not seem to care about other people's privacy and intimacy as they were taking FLASH photos and videos throughout the entire night. Talk about being blinded by love.In total we paid $280 (with a 20% gratuity, PREPAID) for our meal and experience, which I had thought was reasonable for this setting but it really wasn’t. I feel cheated. I’m not coming back here again.

I posted on my snapchat "SB to reach FB". After one unsuspecting person finally snapped back, to their surprise FB didn't stand for free base, out stood for Francobollo's. I walk in to the basement after being served a nice lukewarm glass of their finest tap water served to me by their waiter Loogy. The bird I took was surprised when I posed with a random family to take a pic in front of their TV in the dungeon. However she ditched me once I finally told her to move cause I was watching the leafs game. Highly recommend and I'm coming back for Valentines.

Good restaurant within the mid-Toronto area, easy in-out commute for those in the city as well as the suburbs. The menu is never standard. The Chefs keep changing the menu based on availability and season.Servers provided their daily specials along with the staple menu options. Quality of food and the time it took to get to our table was very reasonable for this style of a restaurant.Quantity and courses are justified at this pricepoint.

Excellent food and great service!! I would definitely come back again, the antipasti was delicious, especially the calamari!

Definitely a must visit! Great service, great staff and absolutely delicious food. Everyone was very polite and friendly.

Fantastic food. Was nice to finally sit inside and enjoy. Great neighbourhood go to!
