Semi new location here but it seems they are doing it right and not cutting any corners when making their Subs. The prices are a bit high but they do stack them up and for the portion size the price is workable. Many options to choose from but their Signature Hook n Ladder Sub always hits home with me. Their Meatball and Steak n Cheese Subs are pretty awesome too ??

Back again!Amazing sub! Fresh meat and cheese with a great staff with a great attitude! Don't know why this place was empty but it should be packed! Wow what a difference in taste from the other sub places. Nice coke fountain machine plenty of ice. My previous complaint about the dirty tables was taken seriously. The place was super clean. Definitely coming back. Thanks for the great food.

Subs are very delicious and feel gourmet. But the most thing I like about this place is the amazing staff. Been in customer service for 20 years and this staff is A+.
Fantastic subs.Large Brisket & cheese was humongous, pricy but worth every bite.Plenty of free toppings of your choice.Tip- sign-up for their emails before you go, they'll email you a coupon for a free drink (2 weeks expiration)Bring plenty of wet naps, it's gonna get messy. Luckily they have a restroom in the back with a sink to wash your hands afterward
Other then the price of the subs which are pricy... The quality is way better then subways. It's a nice once in a while treat from me. Wished they had more locations.
My favourite sub place. Almost too big, and that's coming from a big guy. Just have a different flavour than the others, they aren't quite the same thing. Served warm and with a pickle, how can you go wrong?
There are friendly and helpful employees, tasty hot subs in an overall well-executed operation. They were very patient and accommodating with us as we asked many questions. I also appreciated the labeling of the order items (by number, according to the receipt) to help sort out a larger order for multiple people. For one of our shared sandwiches with different veggies on each half, they even labeled one of the sides with an additional sticker. The sandwiches were balanced (the meats were not too salty!), neatly assembled, cut slightly diagonally, and satisfying with the dill pickle sides. I think they could've been more generous with the veggies, but that's personal preference. It's definitely a step up from the average sandwich shop.
I had been meaning to try this place for awhile, and I’m glad I did! It’s definitely expensive for subs, but with the whole gourmet burger trend, the prices weren’t out of the realm of normalcy. I went it with little knowledge in what they were all about, so I asked the gentleman behind the counter (I presume the manager or owner) about them, what they specialized in. What set them apart etc, and he was very friendly and was happy to tell me all about it. I ended up going with his recommendation of a Brisket sub, and it was definitely tasty! But the customer service, passion and willingness to engage with the customer is what really set it apart for me. I ended up leaving with a bottle of bbq hot sauce along with my sub, and I would happily recommend this spot to anyone who asks
