I bought donuts from Euro Desserts for my boyfriend's birthday for the past two years and they are the best donuts I've ever had! The prices are very reasonable considering their size and decorations. Will absolutely continue to order from here when I want to treat myself ?
I placed a delivery order for a friends birthday.. I was a little taken back by the $25 delivery fee at first, but they were so fresh, delicious, & beautifully presented. If you can pick up your desserts, I recommend that, but you won’t be disappointed!
WOW!! if you want exceptional customer service with no fuss you are in the right place. I needed to place a large corporate order last minute for Valentines Day and they made it so simple. From coordination, payment and pick up, everything was seamless. I will definitely be placing more orders with Euro desserts in the future. On top of all that the presentation of the mini V-day donuts were so beautiful. Thank you thank you !!!!!
I ordered 2 birthday cakes, both were beautifully decorated the way we requested. The cakes was fresh and tasted delicious. Love their professionalism, can't wait to try their donuts and cookies.
I ordered 1st time from Euro Desserts & was absolutely stunned by how beautiful the cake I ordered was, the flavour itself was delicious and my daughter adored the Raptors theme the bakers had worked really hard on to make it an awesome reality! The bakers accomodated my requests of changing flavors and designs a bit and we really appreciated their patience and swift work ethic! They made my daughters special day yummy during this pandemic! No fuss at all by Vanessa and she actually made pickup easy, fast and reliable every step of the way. We will be ordering again 100% and recommending this lovely bakery to friends and family. Tried their Christmas donuts and assorted cookies. I was a first time customer but definitely will come back again. the staff was amazing too and so was the flavor of the donuts. very cute presentation too. the girl wearing the elf hat was very sweet. I loved the Baci donut. Its a must try.Definitely the best donuts in town. I am excited to try their hot chocolate cones next!! keep up the good work guys.
Annoying business to deal with.I originally placed an order to be delivered. I understand it is stated that any changes to orders would not be possible; however, the cost of delivery was not displayed anywhere on their site until the transaction is completed. Upon seeing the outrageous delivery fee of $30 and a delivery window of anytime between 12pm – 6pm, I decided I would rather pick the order up and contacted them to inquire about this.I sent an email asking if it would be possible to pick the order up instead and was informed that it would not be a problem.Upon arrival at the store (which was a 45 minute drive for me, one way), I was told that my order was already with the courier, that this is why they do not make any changes to orders, and that my order had actually printed twice — as if it were my fault.I find it difficult to comprehend why your workflow does not allow for any flexibility regarding customer orders when you are a business that sellsbaked goods.I did not cancel at the last minute or completely switch my order. I simply wanted to change the method of delivery and had requested the change immediately after placing my order. Most importantly, I received an affirmative answer when I inquired about the possibility of picking up.This order was meant to be a treat for my partner to celebrate a special occasion, but I had to return emptyhanded.This was my first order with the business and will definitely be my last.The products themselves are good, however, the service is not worth the trouble as there are many bakeries out there providing comparable products and probably have a better customer experience.
Just received a dozen donut bouquet as a gift.... OMG!!! The absolute freshest, highest quality and amazing selection EVER! The presentation was beautiful beyond belief! What a difference when you receive a gift that has been prepared with love and passion! 1000% recommend!!
Absolute 5 star service!! Ordered the donut tower and was not disappointed at all! On top of that, they made sure to have it delivered 5 hours before the expected delivery time. I know where I'll be going for my sweet tooth needs in the future :D
