Amazing bagels and Delicious donuts at a great price. Will definitely be a returning customer.
I came into this shop recently to try out their donuts. When I entered there was no line up, and there were two employees at the far end of the counter chatting and not paying attention to me. I finally had to ask "Hello! Can I get some help here?". I didn't even get an apology for having to wait. The customer service wasn't the greatest when they took my order either. Once I paid, they just left and continued chatting without handing me my receipt. I once again had to call their attention, so they would give me my receipt. The customer service is bad here. I won't be coming back.
Straightforward cup of Joe's kind of doughnuts. Hefty, good price point and not overtly sweet. Good bang for your buck when you get a doughnut craving.
It wasn't busy but it seemed the staff was more focused on getting me to pay and leave quickly than to listen to my full order. I was going to order more but they already had a credit card tap waiting before I had a chance. I already interrupted them once so I didn't bother doing it again. I wasn't asked if I wanted milk in my coffee, but did receive a few cartons after asking. On my way out one of the cartons was actually half open, so it spilled on me. At the very least, I can say they have good donuts
Ordered some muffins for a morning office meeting. May took the order via email and had the order ready for pickup immediately upon arrival at the agreed time. The muffins were still hot and tastes really good. Definitely will be coming back again.
It was open on Sunday. Just love coconut crispy donuts…much better quality than any other fast food chains… value for money
