Unreliable hours. Don’t bother visiting this location as they can be closed in the middle of the day. I’m glad there’s another ice cream place that’ll be opening up right next to them.
Friendly staff, the ice cream is ok
A very disappointing visit. The blizzards I bought were so loose. If you see several teenage boys making ice creams in the store, you should just leave. Be careful!
Picked up a brownie extreme frozen cake for a birthday party for a 10 year old, it was a blast with this awesome dessert
The single worst Dairy Queen location that I've ever been to in Canada. On both visits, I was served by an unfriendly and disinterested employee. On both visits, my friend and I were served Blizzards that were filled 3/4 of the cup and, worse, tasted more like vanilla ice cream than whatever flavour we had ordered (whether Choco Brownie Extreme or Red Velvet). On the last visit, we waited 5 minutes despite there being no one ahead of us, and the person behind us ended up getting his Blizzard first. The person who took our order had completely forgotten our orders. No apology. He even served one Blizzard without turning it upside-down, but I decided not to point that out because there is no way in frozen hell that I am coming back to this DQ again.
Very good icecream and good size of serving. Medium size will be more than enough for 2 people.
I ordered a cake here for a birthday party. The day I went to go pick up the cake at 4:30 PM they were closed with a sign on the door that said “temporarily closed, will be back at 4:30 PM. I waited outside for half an hour and no one came to open the store. I called them probably 15 times throughout the rest of the day and no answer. Never received my cake. No explanation as to why they weren’t open. Ruined the birthday party.Someone at the store randomly called me a week later and asked me if I was coming to pick up my cake. He didn’t even know they were closed that day or why. He told me that he would look into it for me, never heard back or ever got compensated for anything.
I've placed orders through skip the dishes at this location twice in the past 2 weeks and each time they have canceled the order after accepting with no explanation of any kind. Don't bother this location appears to be garbageEDIT: Below link useless, just directs to general "contact us" page. no Bit.ly link needed for the "Message us so we can ignore you" contact page.
I asked if they had Kit-kat Bizzards, i was told that they did have it. So I ordered it. but instead they gave me and Pecan Blizzard. It doesn't take much to tell a customer that you don't have a product and if they would like to substitute it with something else.
You've stopped using fudge chocolate in the middle This week I got 2 boxes, very disappointed. Look at your box, there's choc..nuts in the middle; your store should change your boxes -- it's false advertising. Bathurst Sheppard store has it in the middle. Here's the description from Pioneers Dr, Kitchener (Pioneer 's website - "the buster bar is made with LAYERS of cold, creamy DQ vanilla soft serve, chocolate fudge, and peanuts all dipped....". I would have given you only ONE star, but you've got good social distancing/COVID. Maureen B.
