Great restaurant for congee and noodles, can’t go wrong.
Our group of 5 dined here on a Saturday evening. The food items we ordered are the following: H16 Yeung Chow Fried Rice $14.50, H13 Shrimp & Egg Fried Rice $15.50, P42 Olive Green Bean w/ Pork $15.50, P18 General Tao Chicken $18.25, P15 Beef Mushroom Hot Plate $19.50.The 2 orders of rice & 3 dishes should be enough for 5-6 people to share.Unfortunately, we were not able to sample any congee, but instead sampled a pork, chicken, and beef dish. I have nothing negative to say as to the taste of the food. They came out as I expected them to be coming from someone who has dined in a lot of Congee places / Chinese restaurants.There is nothing that really stands out for me regarding this restaurant's food, interiors, vibe, and overall dining experience. Maybe something good I can add to disclose is that I appreciated that we did not have to wait long for our food after ordering. There was also not a long interval between dishes when it was served to our table.

great comfort food and their rice, congee, and fish dishes are pretty good. Would recommend to go in a small group or not alone at least to try more than one dish.
Used to come here often over 10 years ago. Recently did takeout twice and they messed up both times. First they forgot to give me fried noodles for the Cantonese chow mein and I had to drive back for it. Second time I placed an online order on their app and they gave me the wrong fried rice. I placed an order at 11am and it still wasn't ready for another 50 minutes. Calling in would've been faster. The server was also rude and physically nudged me when I was looking at the takeout table to see if my order was there. I was shocked she touched me like that. Never coming back. Train your staff better.
They have big size dishes so that it's good for more people to share together. Compared to the size the price is very good. We had very joyful lunch for 10 adults and 15$/people (all included).
Food came out hot and fresh. All covid protocols were followed. Ordered a classic Cantonese chow mein and it didn't disappoint!
We ordered take out on the way back home from our Covid test. I called to order and asked if she could meet my husband outside And he would pay cash. because I have a fever so we figured better not go inside. She agreed but then when we got there, she refused to bring it outside saying they r busy with other things. I mean I have no problem going in, I’m just trying to be responsible for anyone in the restaurant. Also in door dining is closed. What r u so busy with? My husband had to go in to pick the order up and the server was literally standing by the door doing nothing. They r not busy at all. I wish they r more responsible for their own health in order to protect their customers. Especially after I said I shouldn’t come in bc I have a fever
Very good. Everything is up to standard with no nasty surprises. Tom's of seats for Saturday evening which is always welcomed.
Nice staff, true fast food ? cooked so fast at the speed of mcd. I love their congee and rice roll.
