The drinks itself were fine, standard bubble tea but the service was awful. Not only did they get our order incorrect, it took 30 min for them to take our order and then prepare it. Also had no tapioca ready. If you want timely service and accurate orders would not recommend this location.
Always has the longest wait time to order and to get the drinks. They ignore customers that is in-front of them. At least acknowledge the person. Please improve service time
First time here, was excited but that quickly faded. My Taro mike tea wasn’t to bad, but I know that pearls/ tapioca aren’t suppose to be hard in the center which leaves me to suspect they were undercooked. Basic service, nothing special.
Had experience. We are the only people in line. 2 workers. One costumer waiting on a couple drinks. We first waited a couple min until he finally says give me a few minutes. Probably 5 minute passed and he finally takes our order. Not happy with costumer service. Drinks were okay tho.
Terrible spot. Takes about 25-30 min for mobile order pick up.Edit:They prioritize in store order over their own mobile app. 4 people came in after I placed my mobile order and all walked out before they even started to prep my order. No excuses for that kind of service.
So unprofessional and slow. Took their sweet time making other orders when we were the only customers in the store and made us wait so long. Not a good attitude from both workers when spoken to. Definitely not coming back.
Apparently the employees here don‘t know how to treat their customers. Someone before us made a large order (30-50 cups I guess) and the stuffs just keep preparing for the order and ignore us for 20minutes. And they didn’t tell us the wait time. We heard it from their conversation with the customers behind us and we had to ask for a refund after 20 minutes wait for 3 cups of stupid bubble tea. Also, the employees are not familiar with their machines.
Cancel my Uber order twice without any notice. When I come to pick up, they are rude and cold to tell me my order was cancelled. The service is extremely bad, and people there are lack of training.
