The service and the food is very good. Chicken is fresh and juicy. I love the place I will come back again and again. highly recommended for the delicious food. 5 star for me

They are very accommodating with my food allergies. The staff are very polite, friendly and the store is always clean. Its the only chicken place I buy from.
I’ve been to other Chick N Joy locations but this one is inferior and does not measure up to their quality standards. The food was stale and had obviously sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The fries were dehydrated and the chicken was dry. I called the store let them know that their food quality was poor and I was told “sometimes that happens”.
Amazing owners and are so kind. Gave us a free biscuit because it was our first time there. Hard working and cares about quality. Chicken is always fresh and warm!

I always go to this restaurant and their chicken is just amazing, very juicy! They serve my orders fresh and tasty! I would love going back there again. Highly recommended! Awesome???
Came here during Covid, and was hoping to get the grilled chicken but according to the worker that served me don’t carry it because apparently customers have a lot of complaints about it being overcooked or undercooked which I don’t think that’s a valid excuse. So I opted for a chicken box(drum and breast) and a side of kidney bean salad. The fried chicken was crunchy and juicy but definitely could’ve used some spice or sauce on the side. For fast food I like to spend not too much and it was an average of about $9. Would probably get something else as if I’m gonna get fried chicken in the future I’d rather indulge myself. Best of luck to this small chain especially during this difficult time.
