Tried to call to order but did not work, so I ordered through their website and went to pick up. In person service was good, clean and nice atmosphere.Drinks were ok not too sweet that what I liked. I just don’t get it why the Vietnamese rice paper salad with a whole egg in good size and only $6.99 while the Vietnamese rice paper ROLLS with few rolls $10. Both of them were same ingredients.
ZERO STAREXTREMELY Poor customer service!Very disappointed of the customer service I had today. I come here at least twice a week with a same order.Mango Dragon Slush!Today, I ordered the same thing and they gave me a smoothie instead. I came back and told them that I wanted a slush since I can’t have dairy. They insisted that I was wrong and they wouldn’t make it again. They also said they can’t do anything about it since there is no manager!! I have to throw at least $20 worth of drink just because there is no manager.
First time getting bubble tea from here. Order from UberEATS yesterday night got two black milk tea with pearls and pudding and one pandan pudding. I'm disappointed the tapioca pearls were over cooked. Was not QQ texture or chewy like how it's supposed to be and they were all clumped up to each other so I couldn't sip them through the straw. There's no option to customize the sweetness I usually prefer 50% but gave this place a shot anyways. I reget it, don't think I will come back
This is my new favourite place. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the tapioca is always perfect. Drinks are delicious and never fail to impress. Will certainly be returning, and cannot recommend this place enough.
Disappointed with the amount of Red Beans that comes with their original Red Bean Matcha Milk Tea. Tried to order extras on their UberEats but there was no option. Left an instruction for extra but the result was disappointing.
Disappointing that the matcha bingsu barely contained matcha and didn't even include matcha ice cream on top. The photos on the menu are misleading. Also, the bingsu was ordered for dine in but was served in a disposable cup.
One of the best bubble tea shops and cafés EVER ♥️ wish I lived closer as I'd be there every day ✌️ Need this place more in my life and I enjoy the area.

Got invited here with friends to get some drinks and hangout not so long ago! The drinks were very delicious and the appearance made it very appealing haha! Staff were kind as well! I'd love to come back here some time!
