I love this place so much ❤ I work in the mall, so I come to Inovation Bar very often. Girls, who work there always nice. They give very good advice about drinks, because I always like to get something new.
One of the first (if not the first, I don't quite remember) Innovation Bars from Chatime! They always have great new flavours and is very unique from their regular Chatime locations. My favourite is the Black Onyx. Their honey golden pearls (even though I'm not usually a fan of tapioca) are actually very tasty (and sweet), so if you get this topping, I recommend lowering the sugar level of your actual tea.The staff are always super friendly, efficient, and helpful. They also have some pretty funny nametags, so be on the lookout for that for a nice laugh. Beware that this location typically has a lineup, so be prepared to wait! Also, the inside of this location is always very hot for some reason - hotter than the rest of the mall.
Their menu is a lot smaller than a regular Chatime but they do have some pretty cool flavours here.
Amazing experience every time I visit this location. Drinks were delicious as always, but what stood out more was the exceptional customer service! The staff never fails to help out when needed as well as solve any issues from an incorrect order. Will come back again whenever I want a drink when I'm shopping at Yorkdale!
Quite a few new and creative flavours at this location. Loved the Chocomellow Affogato.
Got the Hojicha smoothie and it was very watered down. Would not recommend. Overpriced too. A regular costed 7.40 after tax.
Their menu is totally different with Chatime so a bit scared to try at the first time, but tasted amazing. I would recommend the brown sugar creme brulee ( sweet and creamy milk tea) and Blue sakura (refreshing and has a beautiful color)
I liked the store and its renovated teas. It is located just at the entrance from the subway to the mall which makes this location great for grabbing a drink either getting in or out of the mall.Beware that they do not serve the regular milk teas you can find at normal Chatime stores.Lastly, do not go near London Fog Tea here. It might be the worst London Fog I have ever tried in any format. My mouth is still sore after a few sips. I had to throw the rest.Jasmine Tea is great though. It is so great that I usually buy an extra cup and drink it later at home.
Lots of options to choose from and the teas are really great. I ordered the Thai Milk Tea which was okay. The design of the store is nice and the staff were pleasant enough. The location can get very busy
Yummy drinks and nice staff. They currently have the Irvin chip promotion and they are very good
