Amazing Filipino food! They even have vegan and gluten free options available which is really impressive. Not a lot of Filipino restaurants offer this. Mais con hielo tasted quite bland though and probably wouldn’t order it again. But everything else was flavourful and just the right seasoning. Interior space was beautiful and so relaxing!
The food here is not worth it. I would suggest you try other places. Prices in this store are like twice the price but half the serving. I would not eat here again. For a kamayan good for two imagine paying 70++, some filipino restaurants offer kamayan at 18cad per head with unli rice. Place does not have good exhaust you can see that the area is smoky and your clothes will smell like as if you sat beside the grill. I gave a star because our waiter was very nice but he looks like he is getting over worked. All that being said, just try to avoid this restaurant.
Been here a few times and it hasn’t disappointed yet. Great presentation and great food. Everyone got their own individual kamayan meal with garlic rice, various meat skewers, and veggies. We got a strong pitcher of what I think was calamansi mojitos accompanied with a cute appetizers of chicharon. There was a sparkling halo-halo and the end perfect for any birthday celebration! The staff was super friendly and made everything perfect! Definitely come here if you are having a small gathering for the full experience and delicious foods.
we bought bbq skewers for 2 pcs. and we were charged for $24.00. wow! it's a scam! i wish i could even share the pic here... so disappointed! lakas maka-gancho guys. ?
Friendly staff, fast service and fresh ingredients. We had a group of 12 people and it was great dinner. The drinks are amazing! Will come back for sure.
The food here was delicious! Served hot. Our table of 7 had a variety of dishes and everyone loved what they had. The server was kind and attentive. Only small negative point was there was no one at the host desk and it took awhile to get attention initially. However, the rest of the experience was a delight. They even separated the check for us.
Really liked the food and vibe here! The staff was very nice and friendly, but the service was quite slow and it’s a bit overpriced so I took one star off. Parking was also a pain but there’s underground parking behind the building.
Didn’t have dine in but did have a cake reserved!Called in the day prior asking about their sans rival cake and the person on the phone was excellent! Gave all the information and answers quickly and promptly! Also recommended I reserve a cake in case.Day of, picked up the cake with no issues and was even prepared to be expecting me! Mentioned me by name and got my cake out and all packed properly too!The sans rival buttercream was silky and not very sweet which was very nice! The cashew meringue was perfect textures of crunchy with the nice chewy inside! We were 7 people on Feb 4, 2022 that came, all from different backgrounds. 2 of us from Filipino heritage. Our bill was a total of $434.00. Food was good, ambience was good the background music not so. Food took longer to arrive and when it did, it was cold, infact the garlic rice on the edges became stiff already. Our server was sweet and ? nice. Apologized for that. However the older lady who is usually behind the cash register at the back I assume was the manager was cranky and I think she was annoyed at our group. Came to me and said that I should not have the selfie stick out because she was too old to bend down so she would not be in the frame when we did our 10 seconds photo op. When she found out that I did not include the tip when I payed with my CC, she literally came to me and said that it is required for all customers to give tip, I answered it’s on the folder bill - cash. I understand that it was already 9:30pm and we were all still talking, and laughing, so she made a sign with her hands to attract our attention, the hand sign for timeout (In sports) which she repeatedly showed us, was just RUDE. Can’t she not come to our table and graciously remind us that we’re past the closing time? We could have hurriedly rushed out and perhaps apologized to her. She was just full of herself and was giving us a DIVA attitude, was she the owner ? More so if she was, she should have a great customer service, and BTW when we arrived there were only 3 small tables that were of customers ! So it was quite, not busy at all. I will not bring my group or my other friends in this place where the DIVA manager is having her moments
I ordered Crispy Pork Belly which was Okay taste but nothing special.I ordered Chicken Bicol Express which is not the taste I expected, there were not much coconut milk and it’s salty. It’s not good with Chicken thigh/tenders should have used Chicken Breast instead.The food is kinda pricy for the taste and serving portion.
