I hope the manager sincerely gets feedback from customers about the store customer service. Overall the products are good. However, most times cashiers don't greet customers. Maybe this is normal in Asian supermarkets, but as a customer, I don't feel I have been welcomed by the store, especially today after experiencing the bad manner from a cashier. Maybe cashiers don't realize that their manners are directly affecting the store reputation. I personally think shopping should be a pleasant experience. Otherwise, there are so many good stores to select. I don't think I will go shopping at this store again.
Great selection! High quality produce and meats! Delicious hot food counter offering grab-n-go convenience. Indoor dining is currently closed. Fantastic variety of cold foods and baked goods. Massive selection of frozen meals and seafood. Find the fish market in the back. Best Asian Market outside of Chinatown!
Love this market. I come here almost everyday to do my groceries and maybe buy some cooked food. Super clean and a lot of asian products you can get/find. I just wished that they were not too expensive. They used to be super cheap specially the meat and vegetables, but now, the prices are just too high. But all in all, I would recommend this place.
Hello the store is amazing and had nice ethnic foods me and mom mom went today at around 3:30 we both wear hijab. Once we were at the checkout my mom said she didn’t want one of the items and the cashier (a lady) said “no go put it back” with an attitude I ignored it and put it away when we were paying I said visa to pay but she ignored it and I said it again she ignored it and then she’s like “pay already the whole world can’t wait for you” I said “sorry but your not being forced to work here so please treat me properly I’m just shopping that all” she said “your disgusting don’t come in here again” I don’t know why she was so ignorant but the management should really focus on customer experience. It was a great store though the associate was extremely disappointing.Thank you!
A nice supermarket with a wide selection of ethnic groceries at fair prices. When things are on sale the prices are hard to beat. There is also a great selection of ready-to-eat options. My daughter likes the little yogurts in particular. Overall, a good supermarket.
Spent over $50 for beef belly. First of all, it didn't smell fresh. Then after boiling it, it's so easy to cut. I realized that it's pork, not beef. What a scammer!
Prices can be high-end some items. It was clean and spacious enough. Cooked food for take, seems to be a good selection. Bakery area has a good selection. Seafood and meats in the back. They seem to have abit of alot...housewares, cleaning products, bamboo steamers.
Update: dropping the score after they sold me a spoiled piece of salmon, disgusting and inexcusable.Well stocked and organized supermarket. Clean and spacious; ton of prepared foods, sweets, desserts. Chinese, Japanese and Korean specialty goods.
Enjoy the variety of food items. The bakery area has lively buns, cakes & cookies. Take out food area is clean & has many items. Not to me tonight the dimsum area ladies are lovely. Going weekly now ❤️
