I'm never going to this place again. I got a Roti with shrimp for more than 20$. The roti tasted like a huge store bought pizza pocket. Next thing that was wrong was how mild it was. I asked for the hottest they had and I got mild instead. Also, only was the wrap not wrapped correctly but also the packaging was absolute garbage. Every other good place I've been to actually wrapped the Roti into a burrito shape. Even my friend said that this food was not good at all.
I understand covid created an issue to find good workers but this place needs to teach their employees to be respectful. I will never recommend anyone to eat at this location
BEST location! This is the only location you should eat at or have delivered from. The BCR here is consistent since it opened whether dining in, take out or delivery! Simply delicious!
Ordered Butter Chicken Samosa and Lamb Curry Roti. The food was delicious and unique, I’ve never had anything like this before. Great customer service too. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
Horrible hygiene at this place. When I walked in at around 4 pm, the front desk staff was wearing a mask but with nostrils exposed. The guy in the kitchen wasnot wearing any mask. I asked if I could “UN-order” my meal and was not permitted. Today case count is like 3500 and both staff, for all purposes, were not wearing mask. I had to request them to put them on. I will never go there again and place myself at risk
The Samosa Chana Chaat quickly became my favorite thing on the menu because of the variety of flavours and simplicity of it. Also who doesn't like samosas?I've ordered from here several times now and I don't know if anything has changed but the Butter Chicken Roti tastes very bland to me now -- I've stopped ordering it. The chicken has always been consistently breast meat (which is nice), but tasting the chicken itself you can tell it is not seasoned very much, it relies on the sauce for flavour. The sauce is tomato-forward and doesn't have a rich taste. Some bites just end up being soggy dough and bland sauce.I would still recommend this place but no where near 'the best'. One suggestion, maybe give an option for dark meat vs breast for the chicken, it may add some of the fat/favour needed to enhance the overall taste.
Tastes like butter chicken mashed potatoes. Should have just opened a can for dinner and saved $40
The first thing I'd like to note is that I have ordered the same butter chicken roti from two other locations which tasted phenomenal. That being said I ordered through Uber Eats from this location. The chicken is soft but taste nothing like that of "butter chicken." The sauce is completely different and has no resemblance to an actual butter chicken recipe. Terrible.
I was so excited to try out my favorite Indian dish but the butter chicken was a big let down. The chicken was tender but the sauce did not taste like authentic Indian butter chicken sauce. The rice was in hard clumps. Was also disappointed to find the box was ripped so the sauce leaked out of the bag. There are much better tasting restaurants that are cheaper in price.
It was my first time to get roti from an Indian/Pakistani restaurant. I didn’t feel anything special. I have tried much time from Jamaican/Crabbian roti which is amazing. But from here butter chicken was like “NO A BIG DEAL” to me.There were very liquify butter chicken gravy I didn’t like, chicken didn’t really tasted good.I would not eat it again.
