It was ok, not very spicy for ordering it Xtra hot, the naked burrito bowl was kind of disappointing, so much lettuce it was more of a salad. It was kind of odd to give my phone number for a walk in order, pay get my food, eat and then 25 minutes later get a text saying my food was ready.Not sure I will come back with so many other good options around.
Staff at this location need more training and knowledge. Three of them gathered around the register and could not figure out how to operate it. They eventually called someone. He then used a calculator to determine my change. He still gave me the wrong change…..twice.One server that handled money, went to the hand washing sink and passed her hands under the water and considered that proper handwashing. So disgusting.We ordered nachos. The chips were cold. The cheese not melted. The meat was dry. We walked back in to ask them to heat it up. They didn’t have the ability to do that.The steak burrito lacked flavour even though we added many toppings. It was very bland. I do not recommend this restaurant.
AVOID IT!Unfortunate. This place used to be great. Within the last 6 months it's been down hill. The new staff makes mistakes every other order, food is burnt and quality and quantity of toppings vary every order.They lie about giving refunds when they messed up orders and give "credit".Horrible experience.Used to buy here regularly. Never again.
My wife and I went to this location and ordered a large steak burrito and a small shrimp burrito.Here is what was wrong with our order:1. Instead of a shrimp burrito, we found out when we got home that they gave us chicken. We called the location as soon as we found out and they told us "not to worry because they charged us for chicken and not the shrimp" after first trying to blame us saying we ordered the chicken. My wife is pregnant and hungry, and was craving the shrimp burrito after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. When I said we weren't calling because the issue was the money, and that we didn't get the shrimp we ordered, their response was, "oh ok" followed by silence. When I asked how this is going to be rectified, all I heard was mumbling. It was clear that none of the five employees we saw there was capable or even cared to fix the situation. At that point my wife couldn't take the hunger any longer and opted to eat the chicken burrito.2. The chicken and beef were cooked to oblivion - dry and tasteless. Actually, the chicken had a bitter aftertaste that was not pleasant, probably from charring.3. We always get a lot of the sauce options on our burritos. Myself, I got the xxx hot sauce. The burritos were dry and tasteless and we could only taste the rice and the lettuce. No flavour whatsoever. It was so bad we could barely get through half of it.4. The size between small and large is negligible, - when I saw how similar in size they were, I weighed them and the large was only ~70g more. And that was all rice, not beef.We've been to burrito boyz at different locations for many years and we've always had a good experience. It's sad that the last few, both in-person and through Uber Eats have been abmissmal. Perhaps better training staff and upholding the original quality that many people love might fix this as we're definitely not going back anytime soon, which is truly disappointing to us.
The steak is actually ground beef. My first bite into the burrito I bit down on something hard which turned out to be old dry ground beef. If I hadn't ordered it myself I'd assume the food was from a taco bell. Not worth the price at all.
Understandably prices have gone up but portion sizes have also decreased considerably. The naked burrito was a lot lighter, with a lot more lettuce to make it look full and the calamari bites were a joke with only a handful included. The food still tastes good but is not worth the price. Do not recommend until there are some changes made
Burrito boyz bean burrito have been my go to. I have eaten a lot of these burritos but I still can't get a consistent hang on spiciness. So now I go with mild burrito and hot sauce on side. This model works for me.
Clean, ingredients looked fresh and service was good.Each member of the team knew thier role and did a fine job at it. E.g The cashier listened and took the order correctly. The "burrito makers" filled the burrito with generous proportions and finally "the burrito folder" folded the large burrito to perfection.Will be visiting again.
Awesome food.A must stop for a food lover.Like me.
The prices across all Burrito Boyz have increased, but the size/weight of the boxes for the naked burritos at this location have perceptibly decreased compared to another location. I had a naked burrito at the Woodbridge location last week, and I immediately sensed the difference between the two.
