First visit at this location. I grew up going to the king st & Dufferin location but they have closed. This location was not that bad and will be our new place to go. Food was good and gotta have fresh hot fries which we got without even asking. Thank you
Loved it!! Good customer service, could be better..however this is a very busy location be prepared to wait a few minutes for your order.

I will never return to this burger King again. My boyfriend and I went on Saturday May 29 at 12:00am and waited in the drive thru line up for 20 min. My boyfriend forgot to order a drink and when we got to the window to pay, we asked if we could tack on a small soda to our $40 order and were told no. The employee said that if he put in a drink order for us now that it would be like cutting in line lmao. You mean the line that we just waited 20+ minutes in??? And you won't add a small drink onto our order that takes two seconds when we haven't collected our food yet..??? GTFOH. I will be calling in to complain as well because that is just beyond ridiculous and the most poor customer service e I have seen .
We're on drive thru. After waiting long time, we came first window to pay. We asked for a different bill when we ordered. But worker said " I can't make, you'll one bill. " He say " I'll not make separate". We asked to him ? Why you so mad? He still says " ONE BILL" . Today lost 2 customers. No more, never ever.
for the amount of customers they get, service is fast enough, specially the not so popular items. best to go there when it's not so busy; looks like the employees are treated fairly well for a fast food place, they treat customers nice.
The quality of the burgers are good but the restaurant itself is not clean at all, we end up eating outside rather than dine in.
Burger King is losing its appeal since the start of covid haven't been eating as much takeout as before. Good fries except the poutine was a bit salty. Hot chocolate was tasty not to sweet but needed more rich chocolate flavouring. Jr Burgers were okay.
Order Uber eats with them for breakfast and they completely messed up my order! I ordered an apple juice I got orange juice, I ordered 2 different pies (blueberry and apple) and didn’t receive any! My croissant sausage sandwhich came disgusting and looked like it was left overnight. My pancakes stuck to the plate. Overall -100000/10Worst managers and team also! Get your stuff together. I went a few times after working night shift to get a burger and always the same excuse “The char broiler is down” I go to the other location close by and always get my order. This place needs a refreshment on customer service.
