Honestly, I’ve had food experience like that. I was hanging out with my friends and they mentioned this restaurant is one of the best so I decided to give it a try. No words. When i tried the soup I fell in love with it right away, I also ordered chicken and it was just incredible: crispy and not grease. True korean chicken. I wanted to keep eating non stop. The staff was so so so friendly and the place so well decorated, I actually got to know about products from a brand called Atomy. I love everything about this place, will def come back!

Made a takeout order and it was $14 for few small pieces of chicken. If you're thinking of ordering chicken, I would suggest other Korean restaurants where you can spend a few more dollars and get 10 big pieces of chicken. My bimbap was pretty small too. This is the only Korean restaurant where I made a normal sized order and still felt hungry after.

3.5 stars. Was craving for tofu soup on a cold day. The soup was very flavorful packed with tofu and kimchi, it was a little on the sour side for my liking. We also had oyster kimchi fried rice, the rice was a little too salty. Portion was decent. We were quite full after this meal. Service was great, the staff were nice and friendly.

Authentic, family run eatery. Few choices but that's because the soup is where it's at! I had the Kimchi stew (with egg, tofu, beef, and pork) and omg the broth was DELICIOUS. The portion was a good size (too much for me actually, but I eat less than the average person) for a fair $14.50. and the rice is in a bowl basically the same size as the soup. Definitely coming back here, didn't even know there was a Yonge location (will probably go there too).

Best BCD location by far!- Food: was well prepared, but still presented in timely manner. Portion sizes were generous (reminded me of how the Bloor location used to be).- Staff: was courteous and attentive, but not smothering. Just the right amount of service.- Price: was on point for what you get. It's not gonna be cheap like the street food joints, but it's much better, and not expensive like the high-end Korean cuisine places. Consider it an authentic Korean family restaurant.- Environment: Exactly what I'd expect from a Korean-run daily eatery. Simple and purposeful. This is the type of place Koreans go for Korean food. Clean and not run-down. Bathrooms were well-kept.

This is my second time visiting this BCD location. The owner was friendly and had good customer service. The side dishes and the food came quickly. The first time I came, I ordered the kimchi soon tofu with regular spicy. This time I grabbed the medium spicy just to see the difference. I prefer the regular spicy. The soup comes with three side dishes: kimchi, radish, and kongjorim (braised beans). It also comes with an egg that you add to your boiling soup and rice that comes in the stone bowl. The food was tasty and had a good amount of meat, tofu, and kimchi. I would definitely visit this location again.Only four stars cause the medium wasn't as good as the regular spicy. I would like to try the other spice levels as well.

Service was excellent, atmosphere is good, also lots of parking. However, I found this location’s tofu soup is not as authentic as the Yonge location. It’s missing some taste in the soup. I ordered seafood tofu soup.

Tofu soup was perfect. Excellent customer service. Will come again. Highly recommend.

Very authentic korean tofu soup as I expected, the price is reasonable too.

Really tasty food. Really friend staff. Hard to see from outside but it is between paramount and chuckie cheese
