Initially, I was a little skeptical before visiting this place (based on the lower reviews) but I don’t regret it one bit. Yes, we did have to pay extra to change the soup (did half pork bone and half spicy for 14.99) but it was an amazing deal considering the price per person ($29.99- ayce in any cuisine nowadays is all $40+ so I was actually surprised). The quality of ingredients were super fresh and the food was very delicious! I personally loved experimenting with the various types of sauces given to us! One aspect of the restaurant that topped all restaurants I’ve been to was the service- absolutely amazing !! The servers were all very kind, polite, and patient (was my first time at hot pot and they were very generous with their explanations). We also ordered a litre of freshly squeezed pineapple juice (which was divine in every possible sense?). I’ve seen reviews of people complaining and giving 1 stars that they had to wait 90+ minutes, but that is expected in any restaurant if you walk in during peak dinner time (especially with the limited seats). The other reviews that said that the “workers didn’t give them a seat despite there being empty seats” was because they were reserved for those who actually made RESERVATIONS! (wow, what a concept :0) Make sure you call to reserve a spot beforehand and you will have the best experience !! Totalled to ~$100 for 2 people but with the quality, taste, and overall experience, I will be visiting very soon in the future! 10/10
The place is clean and staff was polite and friendly. Good selections for the hotpot, fresh ingredients. A bit pricy for light eaters.
Staff was super friendly and the food was fantastic. Came out to $100 for two people but well worth it for all you can eat at an excellent price.
One of the best hotpot places I've been to. Flavours are great and customer service over the top. I would suggest booking before you come in or else you can wait for an hour or so.
This spot never misses. Triple Broth throw down. PorkBone, Mushroom & Spicy. Was absolutely dynamite. My fave hotpot in T.O
I had no idea why this place has a 4.2 rating. I’ve tried almost every hot pot place in GTA and this is legit the worst one ever. Not to mention that they charge extras for certain foods and their spicy broth has no spicy flavor at all… though I had to admit their services are above the average. Since you can barely see any waiters/waitress with good attitude in a Chinese restaurant. These two stars are for the servies but no I’m not going back for their food again.

Food is excellent, very fresh ingredients and the soup is so tasty. We ordered the spicy soup base and thoroughly loved it. Apart from the food, the service is top notch, the attendants are very friendly and attentive. We felt very welcome and would definitely visit the restaurant again.
Absolutely 5 star, went with friends this passed weekend, soup base tasted good, ingredients were fresh, and the service from the owner is superb! (Can definitely tell his is from Beijing lol). The spicy soupbase is vegetable oil based (I think), it felt lighter for the stomach the day of and the day after comparing to the Sichuan/Szechuan style animal oil base which always gives me diarrhea on the second day.
