I ordered a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday and had a childhood, black and white photo ‘printed’ on it. Raj was very helpful in selecting the flavours, colours, and font, and he really understood the personal significance of the image for the special event. He sent a proof to me in advance and was open to changes. I really appreciated his care with it and the final result was admired by all. Thank you Raj! Your pride and effort in your work is appreciated. The cake tasted good too!

Ice cream was fine, but the experience was ruined by a very rude and mean person serving it. also charged me an extra dollar for toppings and never said he would, especially when i didn’t get the nuts, cherry or wiped cream. go to the other guelph one or opt for a different ice cream.
My husband and I come here for every anniversary, most birthdays, and many special occasions. The other night we stopped in for a treat for another momentous occasion- to reveal the the gender of our expected baby. I believe it was the owner who greeted us warmly, as always, and enthusiastically agreed to help us with the reveal by putting a little pink or blue ice cream in the bottom of our cones. His kindness and obvious delight in doing this made the night even more special. We took our ice cream to Riverside Park for a walk and, upon arriving at the bridge, we bit into our cones to reveal bright pink ice cream in the bottom. It's a girl! We were so excited and had such a wonderful time with it.I just wanted to say another huge thank you to this lovely man at Baskin Robbins for helping us create such a memorable evening. It is always such a treat to celebrate special events with a trip to this store. Exceptional ice cream and exceptional service!
