The store is very clean each time I go and the utensils are well sanitized and maintained.
I was very disappointed with the selection at Baskin Robbins, they had mint chocolate as their only choice for non dairy.The price was also very expensive for one scoop seniors and one scoop junior it came to $10.We won't be going back
Ordered fudge cake with chocolate chip cookie ice cream. It was delicious. Highly recommend to try their cake if you’re on a budget. The cashier (asian guy) was the nicest person ever <33
Went to Bakin Robbins today at the Woodbine Centre. With my hands full but trying to find my proof of vaccination, I accidentally dropped my ice cream cone. The proprietor of the Baskin Robbins saw that and gave me a new one at no charge, totally unexpected but much appreciated!
The place is great and good customer care it would be much greater if there's a sitting area.
Great store! Today there was a line, (labour Day) but normally it's not so busy and they flavours are great.
A great family owned chain. They can seem colder and reserve.. I think that's in accurate just quiet and reserved. Good people once you get to know them. And of course the ice cream is like any other Baskin-Robbins good!
