Food is OK but more Thai-inspired than authentic Thai. Good if you like to customize your protein bowl/soup/noodles. The flavor profile for the pad Thai was a bit off (tastes kinda like the spicy Korean beef noodles from noodles and co) but tasty nonetheless. Also would've liked more flavor in the Tom yum soup. However, customer service was great as the employees were very friendly and helpful.
We ordered the chicken coconut curry noodle soup - and I was disappointed. The broth was fine (which I understand the healthy aspect) but we were served like two spoons of rice noodles. My boyfriend finished the dish very quickly, it definitely didn’t feel right because we had paid over $30 for our meal. Not to mention, the depth of flavor was lacking.I ordered the pad thai shrimp and it was fine as well. I got a bigger portion of serving and I enjoyed it. Not sure if we’ll revisit. Overall, it was not that pleasant of an experience for us as we’ve been wanting to try Basil Box for a long time. The first time we did, we were disappointed.

INCREDIBLE FOOD!Wow, really like this place, specially their steak box or beef. The toppings allows me to choose medium spice food, while my wife like sweet food and gets some sweet n sour toppings, i specially like their basil and herbs and sweet potato chunk! Easily one of favourite place to eat
I ordered a Tofu Box with coconut curry and spring rolls. Spring roll were so oily can’t even tell you. My hands were soaking wet in the oil. Flavour of the tofu box was good but quantity was extremely less, was not worth $13.
Food was really good. Workers are good too. I would come again if i am in the area.
It’s okay. I want it to taste better than it does. More flavourful, more seasoning. It’s close to being good, but not quite there. The peas looked like they’d been there since the beginning of time. Only one guy working and seemed to be doing everything tho he was very pleasant and nice. I got the vegan curry soup and the veggie spring rolls. They were both fine. Edible not exceptional. Jury’s out as to if I’ll be returning.
I have been there for the first time today. Interior of restaurant was beautiful. Spacious and bright dining area, the agent on encounter was very nice guy. He helped to choose my meal and was very patient and nice. Food was delicious , fresh and the box was big. I could not even finish everything. I am giving 3 scores because the washroom was very very dirty , at least today around 12 am which I think is unacceptable for such a beautiful restaurant that make great meals.Please, pay attention to cleanliness of your restroom area and overall. It is especially important during these sensitive times, besides there will always be customers like me who are obsessed with cleanliness :) Thank you and hope to come back again:)

One of my favorite place, food was not bad at all. I like to sit along and enjoy my food, and the bright and clean dining room. I. will give a thumb up and 5 star to the hard-working crew. I have ever seen such a restaurant like this size has only two employees are working every time I have visited. Please hire more crew to help you guys out! Thanks for being very patient with me.
