Very bad service. Food is ok not great. I was a regular customer their until one day I payed for my meal and when the lady at the register was giving me my change she said "here keep for next time" in an angry condensing tone, which is just her being passive aggressive because I didn't leave a tip. When I asked her what that was about she just got angry. I called the management for the mall but they won't get back to me.
Omg, I should check the reviews before I went. Exactly as what other people said! They are over charged! But I can't believe that they have a really excellent chef and cook really good food.
I had noodles, sweet chicken, and vegetables. I can say it was not good enough to get five stars.
What is advertised as $10.99 for 2 meats is charged at the cash register at almost $20.00, without a drink! There answer they gave when I asked why, (before giving my charge card), was “You asked for the noodles!”There first question they asked was, “Rice or noodles?”Can you charge for something without saying there is an extra charge? No, that’s not proper. That is a scam. The food is OK.2 other people were complaining about the exact same thing while I was there.I WON’T GO BACK THERE AGAIN.There are better places that are honest and good out there.
Rude management. Zero empathy and screaming at you when you make a complaint about their treatment of customers. Also, workers were seen to be physically fighting over a food container with a customer and making ableist comments about the customers child.
On Dec 21, 18:20, a mandarin woman inquired about the increased $2 price and changed packaging of the 2 meat 1 veggie meal, she then went on saying there's some problem with the way the Cantonese worker was talking to her, apparently the woman (a frequent visitor with a developmentally challenged 8-10 year old son) had been picky and was changing minds on the go, and the son was banging on the window, wandering about being special need. The worker got emotional and tried to grab the package back, ripping it broken, saying "I can take it back as long as you haven't paid." As well as saying "I am not the on with the problem, you son is the one with problem."I thought that was horrible, but I remained a bystander even though I understood the Chinese exchange that happened, I feel guilty.
The noodles are over soy sauced. Gave me instant heart burn yet at the same time the general tao and sweet and sour pork were the most bland things I've ever put into my mouth. God awful. Will never eat there again. Oh and the people behind the counter are pushy and rude.
The food isn't good for you but it tastes good. It's not pricey. The employees are nice every time.
Pretty good bang for your buck (lots of food that honestly makes you wonder how and when you're going to finish the meal), and let's be real that's the kicker that most of us are looking for when ordering Chinese food. And in a mall food court hey I'm not complaining even if the staff aren't all that crazy happy (I mean I wouldn't be all that happy if orders came flying my way 24/7 or vice versa if they weren't coming as often when you make so much food). That being said not saying the service here is bad, just saying that they are people working a business too. And for outdoor food that I only occasionally purchase, I can say my time here was pretty aight. Not going to say it's for everyone, but for me it's my go to spot xD
Variety of meats and vegan options at affordable prices.
