Their jia mo was okay. A very dry, near hard texture of the bread with the lack of sauce to accompany it. However, their hand pulled noodles are delicious and chewy. I got their Yo Po Biang Biang Mian and it had a nice kick from the chili oil vinaigrette with a nice amount of toppings. I would definitely buy more of their hand pulled noodles on the menu. It makes sense as to why they have noodles in their name.
I ordered on uber but I had to come here to leave a review. Had the short rib noodle and it was amazing, flavors were perfect. It could use more beef but it definitely is top 3 uber eats orders ever.
? Taste good and great value buy-1-get-1 deal via Uber Eat for certain items .
Not bad! Prices I find are a little steep for the portions. Food is definitely on the oily and salty side. Service was quick and friendly though :)
LOVE the Xi’an style noodles here. ?Noodles are best when hand made and fresh. Their Street food style brings me back to China. ❤️
This used to be one of my favourite noodle places at Yonge and Finch. Recently however their quality and service has dropped. The people working there dont seem to care, and the noodles have been tough and stale same as the meat they put inside.
Flat noodles here are not the best, but anything with regular hand pulled noodles are really good.Avoid their beef based dishes over all, since they give you like...50g of meat for $4-5 more.Dan Dan Mian is great 5/5, I wasn't impressed with YouPoBiangBiangMian though.
Was craving for Taiwan Beef Noodle soup. Saw they have it here and ordered here. The Spicy Beef Noodles $16 was not worth it. Comes with 4 pieces of meat and the broth was ok very oily and salty. I liked the ribbon noodles but the portions overall small.Ordered the Chonquing Street Cold Noodles and that was good. Nice portion for what it was. Overall OK experience nothing to have me running back here again tho.
Very good! We ordered Chongqing Xiao Mian and Spicy Fish Fillet Noodle. Both very tasty. Note that the fish dish is a soup, and the cashier did not ask what type of noodles I wanted (menu says you have the choice) but they gave me ribbon noodles. I did not really like the taste or texture of the noodles themselves. The fish dish had a bit less going on in terms of flavour but it was still nice and comforting. The fish was very tender and mild, the broth a nice amount of spice. The other dish was super flavourful, with a strong taste of delicious Sichuan peppercorns. I added cilantro to both when we got home and it was even better (menu says it comes with it but I didn't taste any).Only thing is I think they charged me the wrong price but I didn't notice till afterwards. They charged me $10 more than the menu says. Next time I'll be sure to check the cost.
It’s an alright spot! I don’t really order anything aside from their Dan Dan mian which is my favorite pick me up when I want something spicy and salty. Their soups tend to be a bit too salty or noodles are too dense sometimes.
