This location does not meet what I expect from Aroma. Aroma is an Israeli chain, and is known for their excellent food quality, drink and atmosphere.This location has been bought up by foreigners, and has really gone down hill. They buy businesses then ruin them because they don't know how to maintain them and just try to make a quick buck. It was messy, the service was bad and unsanitary. I ordered an iced americano, the server put a shot of espresso in a cup and filled it up with tap water and handed it to me, it was garbage.
I had a Rude service from the staff this morning , they were missing one person to open the kitchen and they didn’t even bother to apologize. There was many breach of health regulations (staff were touching there eyes without washing their hand, drinking water and beverages while they’re in the floor and one of them was using their phone and texting WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS AFTERWARDS There was also discrimination between my friends and I, with the other race of customers! We asked nicely if we have to wear masks because we lost ours, the staff answered aggressively by YES, but when there was ANOTHER CUSTOMER FROM ANOTHER RACE WITHOUT MASK, they didn’t ask them to wear a mask or anything! VERY DISAPPOINTED ;) NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.
I went here on winter and the place was very crowded and busy. The cashier was not in uniform, on her phone txting while we tried to grab her attention to order. Food and drinks were okay but the service is needed improvement. Willing to come back tho.

I visited the bar on December 28 in the evening and was very disappointed in service there. The barista was extremely rude , this gentleman doesn't have the good manners and looks like he hates the customers. The other stuff even didn't clean the tables , I would say they are not professional . So I have a very bad impression of the coffee shop and sure would not recommend it to my friends.
Nice location. Always seems busy, which is good for them. I preferred to wait outside because of the crowd and they called us on the PA speaker outside which was convenient. Got a chai latte and salmon sandwich.
Loved their beyond meat burger... So so good. I also had their Christmas mocha which is great.
simply racist. I ordered via phone for pick up, when I came to store in person to pick up, after paying i had to wait more than 15 min. when i saw all the white customers are being served and i was still waiting i asked the person who took my payment about my order. she said it is ready and they forgot to give it to me. it made me so embarrassed waiting for nothing. when i was coming to my car then i noticed they forgot to give my drinks with my food order. i had to go back again and asked for my drink.to be honest their servers are not friendly and kind of showed me attitude.i just wonder how they are running this business- is it only for white people!!!
Great food, wonderful coffee and a welcoming and helpful staff.
We were at Shops at Don Mills for a medical appointment and while waiting we decided to have coffee and some sandwiches at this popular cafe at the corner of the quadrangle in this open air Mall. The outside patio was filled to capacity so we decided to dine indoors. We had to show our proof of vaccination before ordering at the counter. We ordered a turkey sandwich and two iced coffee.This particular cafe seems to be a favourite in the area based on the number of customers dining in their patio early in the morning.You can actually do some work in the cafe because they have wifi while enjoying your coffee.
