Last time I went here, I saw the asian lady making drinks at the front was touching/rubbing her nose, didn’t wash her hands or wear gloves after to make customer’s orders. I saw she scratched her nose and with those fingers she grabbed tea bags and also sniffed with her nose after dragging down her mask. I think the guy in the kitchen is practicing more accurate hygiene since he wore new gloves to make my salad after he took my order. I’m never ordering my drinks here.
It was nice to dine-in and to have coffees served in mugs after what it felt like ages. The cappuccino and the aroma coffee with egg and cheese crossisant was the perfect snack on a rainy Saturday evening.
Real mangooosss. I love the ambience, food, coffee and drinks hereee. The place is perfect if you have someone with you. Its beside the park where you cam go outside to drink or just stay inside for a warmer temp.
Nice and friendly people. Nice place even for cold winter days with high windows. Still feel seating by street. Interior area is not that big though, but with new restriction release, probably you can find seat!
Such a cosy cafe with a convenient location. Just steps from North York Centre station. Baristas are friendly and staff are constantly wiping down tables. It was a bit hard snagging an indoor seat during COVID but ample patio seating available if you can stand a little bit of chilly weather.
Nice spot for quick brunch or a drink. They have patio seatings which is great on nice days.
I expected better from Aroma. Ordered two power breakfast. The sunny side up eggs were broken. The easyover was cooked through. They weren’t busy but didn’t bother to apologize when I politely asked them for fix. Smiles would do wonders. Will think twice before returning. I’ve had much better CS elsewhere. Thanks

Today was my first time going to the branch at Yonge and Empress and it was terrible. I spend 45 minutes to order 2 coffee. My time wasted at your location and the service was slow and terrible. Tables were dirty and unfinished after customers left.I am not blaming staff because it was 100% lack of management for not putting enough staff for the shift. Staff were great and working hard to manage everything.Never come back to this location.
It's a nice coffee shop with a patio. It's a perfect place to meet friends especially that the adjoining area also has chairs and small tables. The only thing I did not like, in order to use their wifi, you need to log in to your FB. Coffee is good and some of their pastries make a good pairing with their drinks.
