This is one of the best jerk chicken I have ever had.The chicken was soft and well made, it wasn’t burnt at all. The coleslaw was creamy and delicious, and the rice wasn’t dry and went well with the gravy! Their green salsa was amazing also and went well with the jerk chicken. I got a small jerk chicken with rice and peas, coleslaw, and jerk chicken for $10 + tax. Portions were good for a small size so the price is decent.Overall, I’m really happy with it. Will definitely back!
I’m done with this place! Every single time I buy patties from them they give me the wrong kind. I always ask for Chicken and I always ALWAYS get Beef or veggie. This is now the 6 time in row this happened and this time is veggie! The sad part is that their food is actually good but the workers don’t know what the [email protected] is going on so I’m not sure you’ll get what you ordered!
One of the places I frequently went to pre-pandemic and so glad I got to go again.Overall the food is unchanged which means it is fantastic. The rice is very flavourful and well cooked. The jerk chicken is soft and delicious. The serving of coleslaw is a perfect addition to the meal.Finally, for spice lovers, ask for the complimentary hot sauce. It changes the dish completely.The staff is nice too but noticed the prices have increased but definitely a filling meal.
Had a jerk chicken sandwich, i remember it used to be good, buns were very moist and soft. However, when i got it today it was very dry and hard overall. I told the lady it was very dry and hard that i can not eat it( it was that bad). She said that they changed the bun to different brand, which she should of told me before i buy it. I ended up tossing to garbage after 2 bites. Such a waste of money.
Really good food. Parking's a bit of a pain, but if you buy takeout and eat some place else, it's not a big deal. Big hardy portions, hot food, real soft goat curry meat on the bone. Not spicy at all...Beef patties are great, price is reasonable. Need to try the plantains next.
This place was our all time favourite jerk place for a very long time. But when we picked up jerk chicken and patties today and it’s not how we remember it being. Meat portions have decreased, rice was mushier than usual, sauce was a lot less, and coleslaw tasted much more raw and different… We will likely not return :( so bummed that our favourite spot is no longer good as we remember!
It didnt have a wow factor for me. I ordered the Oxtail with rice and peas , jerk chicken sandwich and patties. Food was dry, and didn't have much flavor.
Ordered Large Jerk Chicken for lunch today. Tried it for the first time. I loved it. Keep up the good work guys??
best jerk chicken in the city hands down food is made with love and if it's your 1st time? grab a jerk chicken sandwich or a patty with coco bread and you'll never stop going back
