I don't understand why this store is so slow I ordered food and there was only 3 people working in the whole store.people was waiting to get order as well as there was only one girl to take the order. I am visiting this store mostly in evening and every time it is busy I don't understand why they are not hiring more people and sometimes we have to wait for more than 15 minutes even for small order.
We ordered food at this location several times and it was good.Tonight's order was horrible. One burger was wrong. I asked to remove sauce;they didn't remove it.Sweet potato fries was very old. They didn't include the sauce that comes with sweet potato fries.I will try other locations.
The food is tasty and always correct. The service is quick and efficient and very pleasant. It's great to have an A&W that is open 24hrs a day and will serve you a burger at all times.
It Rocks every time...Their coffee is the best, Tim Horton's got nothing on them. Ajax, Harwood location.
I ordered on Uber eats and this is the third time this has happened.. and the worst part is the only thing I didn’t ask for in my burger was red onions!! How do you even do this!! It’s so annoying. I bought it for my sister after a long day of work and she couldn’t fully enjoy her food. Please double read orders!! This is not ok.

Love the food and root beer! Don't feel sick afterward compared to other burger places. Please bring back the A&W spices individually sold.

I love the food from a and w but this specific location screws up orders on a regular, I ordered a burger with specific vegetables removed due to allergy and they threw it in anyway and I ordered through the app because they take years to prepare but thats irrelevant I can't eat pickles....but on top of that I ordered ahead again and they gave me the wrong burger, they had to call me back to recieve the correct order.
