Never in my life have I experienced such kindness, I went in today suffering from a mental health emergency and after being made to feel like a monster by every other place I went for help i finally was treated with nothing but kindness, care, and genuine all around comfort. If you ever need a burger and some company that will brighten your day I suggest this location 100000 times over. Thank you again for everything you did for me today.
The stuff working were very friendly and genuinely seems happy to chat with the customers dining in. Dining room has a large television screen and two leather lounge chairs.
The manager Sue has no patience with their employees. The cashier seemed anxious when Sue approached, and I would be too with Sue’s tone. I’m happy to wait for the cashier to get it right and ask me to clarify… being impatient and short with your employees only makes them more nervous and make more mistakes. Breakfast was really good but I’ll go to another location!
Was hoping to stop a grab a poutine in a salad which I do almost every 3 days I bring my service dog with me with this papers and everything.. I pop in quite frequently with him and never had a problem before after waiting about 5 minutes for anybody to even realize we were there I was swiftly told that my service dog was not allowed in there he did not have his best this time as it was giving him a little chafing under his legs but I did offer to show them the papers.. but they would not accept it so I just figured it's easier to go somewhere else sadly disappointed with Wendy's and probably will not be going there again..
This Wendys is horrible I come later in the evening to pick up food for me and my hungry girls the lobby is closed and they won’t even take my order at the drive through unless I’m in a car but MCDONALDS WILL DO IT NO PROBLEM thank you so much for sending us home hungry this was the evening of April 9th 2022Sad I will go to head office
We have always enjoyed Wendy’s food and I especially like their chocolate frosty. Sadly on my last visit to this location although there appeared to be enough staff they were so disorganized. I am thinking they may have had a lot of new staff but honestly so many mistakes were being made, orders were being confused that if they had new staff they should have been monitored better.
I order out once a week form here because it's around the corner. THEY NEVER get my order right! ALWAYS missing something! It's usually something of my kids so I end up having to go back...EVERY TIME! I will be going to a different establishment.

We stopped in for a small lunch and we were served by the most kind and wonderful lady named Keisha! If only all customer service staff were as kind and inviting as her! Great service, Thank you Keisha!
