Rude and food that’s gone bad.I got a salad as I always do. It came with almost half of the salad missing. Along with lettuce that has gone slimy. They refused to even give me a new one when I clearly showed them the problem. Disrespectful, nasty and rude people.
The orders were going in way faster than the food was coming out causing a large crowd of people waiting. It was tough to hear the numbers being called and on top of that there were lots of people returning to the counter to correct their order (ourselves included). Staff really needed to get it together.
Best Spot for fast food on Clifton Hill. Open till 2am so if you're craving food past midnight you know where to head to. There is ample seating as well.
Wendy is definitely the better pick out of the fast food restaurants, their breakfast is also one of the best I’ve had, better than Tim’s in my opinion
Expect to wait to take ur order as this place is super busy. however with how busy it is I was really impressed with how quick the food was made and the quality we got. Food was hot, it was not chincy with the ingredients like most fast food restaurants that's a big deal. With how busy it was it was well kept and stocked
We were visiting the Falls and got hungry. We walked up three hill and saw Wendy's next to the arcade. There was a bit of a line, but we were soon ordering. We all ordered what we wanted and then went to sit down. There were no clean tables so we are at a raised counter. The drink station was a disaster and there floor was sticky. I bet it had been hours since the washrooms were cleaned. Not all Wendy's are this bad, but with lack of staff, this one was a disgrace. The food was barely mediocre and they packed our order so the burgers were cold. The missing drink and kid's you earned this low rate. There are way too many places to eat for me to try these guys again.I can't recommend this establishment.
Would rate lower but we got our food... Eventually. All we ordered was 2 drinks and 2 fries. We waited for a while way longer than you should wait for 2 fries. It was busy but they definitely could have handled it differently. Could have waited to take orders and prioritize the people with a little amount of food like us. Definitely not coming here again if they are going to be busy the way they treated it when I was. Overall it took way too long to get our food when we ordered so little. Hope they step up there game and maybe hire more people.
Delicious and the service is surprisingly good considering how busy they usually get they can keep up ?
I went to this Wendys at 9pm. The tables & washrooms are so clean and the ordering was quick. Nice!
It's just like any other Wendy's besides that thei dining area is pretty decent sized and has a huge windows where you can see the falls from in the winter
