Place an order online, went to pick it up 25 minutes later. Waited 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me to be told that they had not started it. While I was there they dropped trays on the floor and put them back on the racks without washing them. Will be phoning the health inspector. Completely unacceptable. I left to get pizza elsewhere.
Hello, I ordered 2 large pizzas and 3 pop from the website under deals. Well one of the pizzas was missing a topping, and on top of it. I ordered delivery (where I don't drive) and was called saying their driver did not show up. And that I had to come into the store to get my order. Which left me scrambling to find a drive in to pick it up. I wasn't offered anything for my trouble. No discount, no free item, nothing... I'm severely not impressed.
I was a regular customer here, my family and i have pizza night every week, last time ( two days ago) I ordered their Godzilla deal for delivery, after giving me the price and time slot the store called back (30 mins later) to inform me that they will be charging me a extra $7 for delivery, i explained that i will pay it but they should really be telling customers that they raised their prices as much as they have, so 45 mins total goes by the pizza shows up, we eat and the next day 3 of the 5 of us are at the hospital with salmonella poisoning, i called to inform them and they tried to deny they ever sold us pizza.I have called the health and safety

The best pizza in Niagara Falls that I've tried! Honestly surprised at so many lower star reviews - I guess that relates to their delivery but we always order takeout and eat in the parking lot.. not the best ambiance but the quality of the fresh cheesy goodness is so, so worth it. We don't want to drive home and let it get cold! (Though of course it's excellent cold too)They have my favourite kind of pepperoni here - not super peppery, not heartburny, nice and salty and gets crispy around the edges.The wings are interesting - not typical Buffalo style sauce, but kinda addictive in their own way.Dips are meh, but I'd 100% rather a good pizza than good dip to cover it up.This is our go-to when we're out shopping and realize it's dinner time!
The employees are friendly and responsive, the food is delicious. We got a couple of pizzas and they were made with accuracy and fresh ingredients. This was a take away order and it was ready in good time. My only issue was ordering online was a little tricky from my phone, there were quite a lot of steps to pay the bill. The food order part was very easy and user friendly, but paying was more difficult that it should have been.
I always work late and nothing is open when I’m hungry. But these guys always have surprised me again and at 9pm still have slices. Slices taste fresh and the crust is so fluffy as well as crispy which is what I love about them. Workers are always happy to serve you every time I go in. Keep up the great work guys and great pizza. Oh and the chese is very good can’t forget that ;)
The best tasting pizza with the best price in town! The sauce is incredible their ovens seem to cook it perfectly every time, they’re not cheap with the toppings, the crust and the dough is just perfection . I order often and they’ve never disappointed me. That’s a rare 5 star from me
I live in the Region of Peel; I go to Niagara Falls just to get pizza from here. I apologize for the bad experiences others have had, but personally this pizza is hands down the best I've ever had. Decent price, and is always so fresh, hot, and the sauce is absolutely perfect. I hate when a pizza has more cheese than sauce, but this place does it perfectly. The sauce has a really rich tomato taste as well which is just so awesome. The creamy garlic sauce was also so good, way better than Dominoes or Pizza Pizza. Honestly, this pizza is better than chain restaurants overall. Definitely give it a chance. I'm seeing a lot of reviews complain about delivery, so maybe just do pick up—that's what I've always done and I have never had any issues.
Good deals but you don’t get half the stuff included in the deal! I ordered extra dipping sauce and didn’t get any. I ordered hot sauce for my wings and received bbq instead. I get where these things could be messed up when you call in to order but I ordered online so my order was pretty clear. The pizza was ok atleast
