Amazing variety of food at reasonable prices. My son and I were able to share a steak and lobster tail meal. My daughter had the French Onion burger and poutine. She said it was great!!! Fried lobster tail was a new experience and it was delicious! Our server, Alex, was very friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed our meals here, especially the fact of them cooking steak to perfection. The server was friendly and made it a great experience.
Located between Marriott and Radisson Hotels. Staff is kind and energetic. We especially liked the energy on the bartender. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she was a jewel. Recommended the raspberry mojito which is one of the best Mojito’s I’ve had. Definitely better than across the street at Morton’s. I recommend visiting this location for breakfast and lunch. Menu items are on the short side, but it beats prices in surrounding restaurants.
We spent a few days in Niagara Falls most of the restaurants are way over priced. The last day we went to Turtle Jacks. Wow what a changed decent pricing delicious food and great service! Thank you Pauline and Kaira sweetest waitresses. You can have anything from as simple as a burger all the way to lobster and filet mignon. Breakfast was great and the hot chocolate too! I wish I had tried this restaurant on day one.
Located in the lobby of the Radisson, parking is incredibly tricky. I don't recommend driving here, park at the casino and walk over. There is no great view of the Falls, but there is ample seating and the menus is vast, burgers, steak and fajitas! The beer menu is pretty good, with a mix of local and popular brands. I will say that ten bucks a drink is a tad pricey. The meal was slow to arrive and borderline undercooked. Regardless it all tasted very good! The chicken parm was very good! The waitress was attentive and swift to respond to any requests. The WiFi was easy to connect to and strong. I doubt I'll return, but that has more to do with the high prices.
Service was better than average for a busy Saturday night but the food was better than expected from a chain restaurant. The drinks were not very strong for as expensive as they were but still tasty. The NY butter sauce tasted to use like a creamy Frank’s red hot. The portions were large and filling enough.
Between the terrible drinks and the food I'd say this is one chain that you can pass on. We were mostly disappointed by our drinks. We asked for doubles, got singles, got charged for doubles. That's one that will drive you out the door.
Turtle Jacks when visiting Niagara falls is a MUST. The place has amazing Food & Cocktail options. The restaurant also offers 2-hour free parking on-site for guests who are dining in which is great considering Niagara has so much trouble finding free parking in a lot of other places. The Servers are always a delight and very quick. The quality of everything they serve is great and tastes mind-blowing. Place is a bit expensive (even non-Niagara locations) but the price is justified with the quantity/quality/experience here.Must visit!
Very good food!! Excellent service!! Portions were huge and tasty. I'm glad we stopped in for a late lunch. I will definitely go back next time I'm in town. Highly recommend.
Had lunch here while touring Niagara Falls. Selected ahead of time because of all the other fantastic reviews. Food was delicious and moderately priced for the area. Great variety of kids meals outside of the normal burger and chicken tender/nuggets. Nice touch that they give carrots, cucumber and apples to all the kids. Fish tacos (2) were delicious and stuffed full. My wife got the 1 piece fish and chips which was enormous and very good.
