A simple order of iced coffee with cream and no sugar, was just too much for them to get right the first time.
Dudes, clean the washroom. Nasty.Also, Tims charged extra to put some more cucumbers and tomatoes on a bagel. Terrible service.Despite all this, life is what you make of it. Wherever you go, what matters most is the people you love and who love you.
I can only speak for the ladies washrooom and it needed cleaning and the garbage needed to be taken out. My husband said there was no soap in the men's. The garbage in the restaurant needed to be taken out and things needed a sweep and a mop. I know some places are understaffed BUT somebody needs to be the designated cleaner. The counter person was very nice, no problem there but the cleanliness of place was very lacking.
Coffee with light cream was more like cream with a splash of coffee , breakfast sandwich and black coffee were good however.

Seem to always get this one girl at least twice a week where I ask for my lg tt made with milk and even after she says yes no problem sir, makes it with cream ?

Worst Tim Hortons I have EVER been too. Almost everything we wanted to order, they didn’t have at 11AM; when we did change our order to what was available, the food and drinks were awful. Almost inedible. The wait time was awful, staff seemed clueless. All around horrible experience. Doesn’t even deserve one star.
Everytime I go here they some how mess up my order, this time they messed up my order, re did it and messed it up again but I left out of frustration.
I like this place cuz my coffee is made right. I don't think I've ever had a messed up coffee from this location. And always friendly service.Unfortunately, Tim Hortons isn't consistent anymore. A lot of them don't seem to care to stir your coffee or get your order right. I usually 95% of the time go through the drive-thru & there's nothing worse then getting back out on the road. Especially the highway & go to take a sip of your coffee...& it's made wrong or tastes horrible. Drives me nuts!! Cuz can't go back. So I've just started to avoid certain locations completely. But this location...IS ALWAYS GOOD, ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY.
