This Tim Hortons use to be great. The service the last three months has been absolutely terrible. They have 5 people working drive thru and one person making food and one person at the cash and expediting food. I shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes. I understand some people have training on their name tags but when you see them not really sure and the all the girls from drive thru standing around. Customer service is completely tanking. Hire some more people, even someone to clean the garbages and tables
Order a spicy crispy chicken wrapThey gave me a crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap with 1 piece of chicken it was a tiny piecei guess that ran out and where to lazy to cook more so they cut it in halfDidn't eat till I got home and not going to waste gas to return it ?Will never return can even handle a simple order
This is one of the best Tim Hortons my order is always right and I'm picky with my tea and they move thru the drive thru line quickly no matter how long it is! Great job Drive thru!! ?
The eggs weren't very warm, and we drive a pickup truck, not enough parking for anyone with a full sized crew cab with long box. We had to park on the road.
This was my first time visiting inside for sandwiches that needed full attention to my particular specifications+customized beverages, donuts,&muffins.I have visited many Times where this sort order is guaranteed to have flawed,and disappointing results but this branch was amazing. Happy to report been that everything was handled flawlessly without any small or large issues. Professional, quick and accurate. First time in; I will update as I visit more regularly but so far,so good!!Keep it Up Dorchester Tims!
Staff well trained, much better than some of the other Timmy's I've been to.
Still my go-to for a quick coffee but the lines in the drive thru just get slower and slower with the introduction of new menu items.

This is absolutely the best drive-thru I have ever experienced. Fast, efficient and friendly. Did I say FAST?? I live a few blocks away, and I've never had a bad experience. They deserve an award!
Worst Tim Horton location. Very bad customer service. They had closed the restrooms for cleaning. No server was cleaning the restroom still the sign for closed was up. I waited for 10 mins and then asked again for the restrooms to be opened.The servers were so rude and said the floor is wet . I said it’s closed from 15 mins, can you please check.The front girl said let me ask my supervisor and then again vanished . She came back after 5 mins and said the restroom can’t be opened as it’s clogged. I asked what about mens washroom. She said even that one is clogged . What bad customer service , if the restrooms are clogged why aren’t the servers cleaning it. Even if it’s dirty at least they should have courtesy to respond to customers request. It seemed they were least bothered about customers in dining area and didn’t care if they wanted to use the restroom. Even after politely requesting, they were unapologetic and didn’t open the restroom. I wasted 30 mins here for a cup of coffee and rude service..I could have gone to gas station instead of going here.
