Decent speed but could forsure be faster. I ordered a chili and I asked to verify if they remembered my bread. They said it was in the bag. It wasn't. I had to go back in and get it. They gave me the bread. Not rude but not anything special.

for the most part I recommend. however when served a French vanilla cappuccino and it's 3/4 full- maybe you shouldn't charge the full price than

The customer service was so poor. We went here on January 1st after 11pm. The lady who took the order was so rude. We ordered 5 drinks including 2 steeped teas, she was behaving so frustrated and she said she has only 1 steeped tea ready. We told her that we could wait but she said she is not ready to make another pot. So much disappointing. Zero stars for the customer service.

please avoid if possible, sometimes when i am in the area and need a coffee i’ll stop by here and majority of the time have a terrible experience. i have noticed it with most of the older female staff specifically 2 of them (not sure of names) one of them was having a smoke outside when i pulled into the drive thru and quickly ran in to my order it didn’t appear that she had washed her hands, when taking my order she displayed lots of attitude and when she asks if that was my full order i had corrected her as she forgot to punch in a tea bag to my hot chocolate and she snapped back with a “yeah i know i’m getting toit!” when we pulled up she almost threw the debit machine at me and upon receiving my hot chocolate i noticed the tea bag wasn’t there and i waited at the window when she noticed she open the window and said “did i forget something?” and i said “yeah you misses the tea bag” and she aggressively said “give it to me” and pulled it from my hand threw it in and said “here you go” there have been a few younger men that have taken my order during the afternoon-evening who are extremely nice and always make my order correct the only reason i am giving a 2 star, i tip them because they deserve it. it’s a shame some of these older staff seem to not care and be rude to customers on a regular basisedit: i came in later in the evening (the same lady who gave me attitude in the drive through) she ignored my family and i waiting there for 5 minutes and when she turned around she yelled (i hope you guys aren’t here hoping for food i’ve been so busy and i don’t even know if we have bread so..) we left and my whole family hadn’t been back since

Very bad customer service. The lady at the counter did not even greet us and was very rude while talking. She literally was hopping on us for vaccination proofs and did not want to.wait at all. We felt she was trying to kick us out. Do yourself a favour and visit all the tim Hortons except this one.

It being Christmas Eve not many of the Tim Horton stores are open. As far as I know only two of the locations in Niagara Falls, Ontario are open on Christmas. . Staff members are helpful and cheerful even tho this location is very busy.

Dude working Saturday December 4th at 5:30 p.m. drive thru is one very rude individual and how he holds a job is beyond me. He tries to give me an order that I did not order and proceeded to yell and argue at me telling me that I am wrong. I know what I ordered so don't try and tell me that I am the one who is wrong. This place needs to get their act together because this has happened more than once. I will go to another location for now on. This store owner should take some lessons from Frank and Rino or the Stroms because they have their stores in order.

After working 12 hours night shift, sometimes you don't have the strength to cook at home & you buy bagel on your way home. This is what I got, I was hungry so I ate a portion of it anyway. In the evening when I went there to show them what they gave me I was told 'May be next time order lightly toasted, the toaster does that.'

Messed up my order and gave me small pieces of pork in my sandwich, lady kept disagreeing and saying that’s what I asked for, when I don’t eat pork myself and the guy behind me heard as well. She made a problem bout remaking my sandwich when they were super busy. Very disappointed never going back

This location. Only have 3 professionals working and the manager is not one of them. The old ladies always have attitude. The white hair lady in drivethru when they made your other wrong. They don’t clean well flies every where. All sort of health concerns in that place. They bring out the worst in people visit the Tim Hortons on Chippawa and u will see the difference. The staff at the location are polite the restaurant is always clean and I don’t see flies landing on the food.And that’s my review and experience I had to is morning
