Tim Hortons is Canada's greatest gift to all of us, has certainly been a blessing in many ways. They serve the greatest Iced Capps of any coffee chain in the country as well as creamy, high-quality coffee that is affordable.
Love Tim's. Had breakfast at this location two days running. Reliable quality, prompt polite service, fair pricing. What more can you ask for!?!
I had to ask twice for them to make my tea properly. Both were wrong so I gave up and poured the drain. They would not listen to me and kept dismissing what I said..
This absolutely has to be the worst Tim hortons in all of Ontario.. You can order the same thing 10 times and never eat the same thing once. If you try to resolve the problem you're basically left to message head office on the app...Honestly I would rather walk the extra two blocks and go somewhere else
Slowest "fast food" establishment I have ever seen. Everybody is moving like a zombie ended up waiting 20 minutes to order just to find out their debit machine is down and they didn't want to tell anyone waiting in line as if it's completely acceptable to only accept cash in 2022
It was very bad experience with this location. Staff is showing attitude. More than 2 time they made wrong coffee. Today in morning around 5 am i order wrap they said to me wait for 2,3 minutes because egg wasn’t ready. I was waiting 5,10 minutes in parking lot nobody came to bring me food than i go back on drive thru to bring food. Girl who is given me food show’s attitude and didn’t say anything a single word just handout food. Girls who was there on early morning needs to learn how to give good service. How to talk with customer.If manager and supervisor saw this review please give training to girls how to give good customer service it’s really bad
One of the worst Tims I have been to. I work in the area so most times I have no choice but to go. The servers are rude and the orders are correct 60% of the time. I stood there on Saturday, April 09 around 6:00 PM no one in the establishment, but me. I waited for 8 to 10 mins while the ladies turn their backs and chatted amount themselves. A gentleman doing the cleaning-up alerted them I am waiting, to which the reply was ok as there continued maybe discussing world peace.I was there to make an order for work so it was kinda big. I perseverance to no avail. I walked out and went to the Tims on Montrose, and Thorold Stone Rd. Where 100% of the time my order is exactly what I ordered and paid for.

Every evening that we go though drive though it's super slow 2 cars in front of us, they only order 2 coffees and it still took 15 minutes to get though. Every freakin time.
Took over 30 minutes to get rough drive thru. I was 3rd car in line. Every single order was COFFEE in front of me. Should not have been that long. I promised my husband a coffee on his night break, or I wouldn't have stayed in line.
