worst tim hortons ever came here in a hurry instead of the other tim hortons up the road and ended up getting my order ignored while 3 others got finished, then when i had recieved my coffee it was full of grounds and the cup was in a poor state falling apart... -.- 0/5 would not recommend this place
It was really disappointing that all the staff members there were working just for the drive through and there was big line inside..there was just a one lady to help and when my turn came they were out of the coffee i wanted and that also 9:30 in the morning.
This location no flies always clean the food are always fresh never had a problem with my coffee and the staffs at the front are friendly
I can never comprehend why generally most of the tim hortons have workers more focused with the drive thru custoners. 3 or 4 wokers on drive thru and to the one worker possibly to may have. Help grom anothet worker occassionallyIm gonna take notice or video on my next serveal vist and post my results of why i can stand at the counter patiently whille waiting to be served ..when if i went thru the drive thru and the place that i would have been in the line .. has been gone and several cars afterwards befoe i can get my coffee
I never get the cinnamon caramel oat cold brew here because multiple times I and other people I know have gotten ice coffee (yes we can tell the difference) instead of cold brew. You guys should stop taking this shortcut and let people know if you have run out of cold brew instead of charge us $5+ for an iced coffee. I’ll be going to the Lundy’s lane location as they have never served ice coffee when I order cold brew. Shame because this location is on the way to work.

Great experience at this Tim Hortons! Staff is very fast and super friendly.One day my order was incorrect (it happens, they were very busy), so I called to let them know. The owner was extremely nice and helpful and gave me my fixed order free of charge! Very thoughtful
Standing inside waiting for my coffee, just watched one of the young Asian male employees drop someones tea bag right onto the floor into the salty shoe water, he picked it up and continued to put it into someone's drink. That's absolutely brutal - just like the food and drink at Tim Hortons anyway... Probably made it taste better if anything.
Used to be the best location in the falls, but not anymore. Don’t know if it’s new management or what but they’re so slow in the drive thru now. They also over charged my card for my lunch. They charged $9 for just a chicken bacon ranch wrap. No drink or anything else.
This is the worst Tim Horton’s! We go through here often we get 20 pack of Tim bits and there isn’t even 20 in the dam box!! How hard is it to count 20 ??? Or to stir the coffee ?? 0 stars should be an option
