The staff was very nice to us, the guy taking our order was new so he took a bit to make the order but that was okay with me! He made my London fog perfectly which not everyone can master it seems
One of the worst Timmy's in town. Should have experienced people in drive-thru. At least someone to take over when someone's having problems. Tried to order a donut, not only could I barely hear the guy but they turned out not to have most of them anyway
Easily the worst tim hortons in the niagara region. Firstly, ive never had my order be 100% right. I ordered 2 soups today, one was wrong. I went back to explain my situation and they explained to me that they didnt have what i ordered to begin with. They gave me a refund.....that was also wrong. Second, they can barely serve you any food because of the mcdonalds across the parking lot. This location is only good for beverages which the last 3 times i have been here, my drinks have been made wrong as well.
They wouldn't make bagels for us at 9:30pm because apparently they stop making bagels at 9pm. First timmies I've to do that. I wanted to buy it for my 2yr old who was hungry and wanted a bagel. Requested the guy to make one but it was too much work for them to turn the toaster on again and told us to take it cold if we wanted. Poor service. Don't go there.
25 mins.i total.15 min at the drive through. They got my order wrong so had to go inside. And got addatuide as well. I know your overworked.but don't take it out on us.
I came to this Tim Hortons from Toronto because of work reasons. Just searched and this was the closest. Tim Hortons app is always promoting new items so I wanted to get something off the app.Walked in to order. Some BIG, and I mean big guy says "EXCUSE ME" as I was standing in line....seconds later I realize he is behind the counter taking my order/no uniform. I point at the app and say I would like to get this breakfast sandwich. He answers me in a stern voice "ACTIVATE IT AND SHOW TO CASHIR" I do as asked and an other lady comes up from behind him says I don't know what you want. I point at the picture that is as big as they come and say "he told me to activate it and we scanned it already" She proceeds to tell how she doesn't know how I want it followed by him cutting in again now with a tone of teaching me a lesson/talking down "THIS BREAKFEST SANDWISH COMES IN 12 DIEFFERENT OPTIONS DO YOU WANT..... OR ..... OR..." keeps going that I really did not want the Sandwich anymore. I looked at the lady who btw did not make my life easy and said "I'll take it however way you like it".NEVER AGAIN! If your not in the mood to welcome some customer's to your store or lack the customer service skills please just keep it to yourself in this day and age and grow up.
A year ago I gave this location a 5 star. Man has it gone downhill quick.Last time I purchase here

Rude staff. Bathrooms closed. You can take out but you can’t use the restroom. Dirty store. Parking lot is full of garbage. AVOID THIS LOCATION
Worst customer service! Had ‘two can dine in offer’ in tim hortons app and the staff was like we dont use app offers which makes no sense and made us feel like we are getting food for free which we have paid for. No greetings no sorry and the store manager was mean, irresponsible and rude.
