Decent little place. The place does look a little retro, but kinda liked it. They do have a nice patio, the weather wasn't great when we visited, but definitely will be back and would love to grab a drink and enjoy the view. Service was a little slow, food was alright nothing too crazy but we had a basic breakfast can't really screw that up. Maybe some more veggie options for breakfast would be great.

We found the Secret Garden while staying at the Sheraton (summer 2021). It was a nice little walk from our hotel. The food was amazing. The service was good. We got some fancy drinks and just relaxed on the patio. It was slightly pricy but definitely worth every penny. My husband liked that they had gluten free options too.

It's a nice place for ( italian food I think ...) to eat close to the falls. I always end up at this place after browsing around a bit. However, the place is starved of vegetarian options.

staff is very friendly and food was great

Very cute spot! While you're walking along the tourist area near the border crossing / Hershey's Chocolate World, you will notice a garden and a super small diner looking spot with a neon sign-- as the name sounds, it's a secret staircase entrance to the full restaurant! We actually entered through the nearby garden, very clear signs of where to stand for waiting to dine and we were quickly greeted. Very old school patio dining; round white plastic tables with an umbrella and a condiment tray.Server was fantastic, an older gentleman with long hair, very quick! We had a great view of the American falls and the cliffs surrounding it, food was very mediocre diner quality, but hit the spot (we had a ham/cheese on a ciabatta bun and BLT on a croissant). The fries were very fresh and crispy!Between the service, price and view-- it was a fantastic experience! They also have a huge gift shop as is tradition in the Niagara area.

The overall experience everytime I go to The Secret Garden is a good one from the food which is fantastic the wonderful friendly staff. The prices are great and the restaurant and patio itself is always so clean. Wonderful place especially when everything surrounding is a chain.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident , nice out door seating area looking across to the American side of the falls. We ordered two NY strips - they were lovely ? with stiff vegetables and roasted chip potatoes. Did not wait long for food, service was very good, Great ranges of beers, cocktails and wines. Will definitely go again

We booked a reservation for 11 people last Friday evening for 7:00 PM. Upon showing up, they had our table ready. Restaurant had 4 other tables with patrons at them. Service was slow. Only two staff working the floor but the service will still very slow. We ordered up drinks and appetizers and then dinner. Dinner took for ever to come. Three of us the table never even received our meals until 45 minutes after the initial dinners arrived. I ordered the Chicken Parm. It was a pre-frozen breaded chicken that had no taste. The pasta was way over cooked. I will never even consider this place again. Waiter never apologized for the slow service.

the restaurant is in serious need of a makeover. The entire time we were there there was a bearded man wearing a blue bandana sitting by the kitchen doors with his arms folded staring at us. It was eerily creepy. The waitress, I don't remember her name was very friendly. I had cream of Broccoli Soup. It was bland and lukewarm, it looked and tasted like Campbells. the server never noticed i didn't touch it and never bothered to ask me how it was. I got what they called Chicken Parm with Spaghetti. The Spaghetti was very over cooked almost to mush and coated in oil. The oil created a barrier and the spaghetti sauce wouldn't stick to it and slid right off. When I tasted the sauce I was glad as I couldn't even swallow it. The Chicken was a frozen pre breaded patty with no cheese on it at all what so ever. The chicken was very woody. I didn't eat any of the chicken and 2 strands of spaghetti. Again, my server took it away without even asking why I didn't touch it. My Wife got a hamburger and fries. You could only get the burger cooked well done which was disappointing. on a positive note the french fries would have been good if they were fried until crispy. they were pale in color and mushy. the entire visit was extremely disappointing and no one cares. This is easily the worst restaurant and food in Niagara Falls. this restaurant is NOT Chef Tom recommended! please do yourself a favor, eat anywhere but here. The "bouncer' staring at us was not wearing a mask at all, neither was the guy behind the bar. I think he was a bartender.
