Is really good and we had a great time as always in crowd plaza.. but one thing is they don't serve an omlate as before so we can't customize our food.
Me and my friend stayed at the Crowne Plaza for the first time on September 15-16 for her birthday when we met Zlato for the first time. He was excellent and despite us dining there the night prior, the breakfast cannot be beat! We returned this past weekend where we were greeted by Zlato once again who made the whole experience surreal. He is a lovely soul who will ensure you leave the room feeling like royalty. We will definitely be going back any chance we get.
The Rainbow room buffet provides a variety of food options along with fantastic views. Zlatko provided excellent service and was very accommodating of our needs. I will recommend visiting this place.
We went to the Rainbow Room for breakfast this weekend and was impressed by all the delicious options! But the highlight was our server Lori, who went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect. Thank you for the warm hospitality!!!
Our server James was excellent. He was so friendly, a great conversationalist, and had really good recommendations for things on the menu. We had a large group so we were placed in a private room and were able to take as many pictures as we wanted with views of the falls at night which was nice. I ordered a AAA steak which I really liked. However, I feel like the restaurant was really expensive compared to what you can get for a similar quality restaurant in the GTA. My suspicion is that this place is meant for tourists so all the prices were marked up by like 10-20% for what you can get in Toronto and GTA.

Full breakfast - eggs, potatoes, bacon, coffee, toast, bagels, ,yogurt, friends, pancakes, French toast and so much more....great service. Ask for Lori.

We had a wonderful breakfast. Very accommodating with breakfast needs and wants. Our waiter Zlatko was wonderful, kind and attentive to our needs. We were never without coffee or juice. Even sent us on our way with coffee to ensure we had a great start to our day. Very happy with the service and it was a great experience for my birthday breakfast.
great place to meet and catch up with friends. really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, i'll be back.
