I had a brilliant dining experience here with my family.Views absolutely stunning, being seated right next to the windows & served food that was soooo good!However the biggest highlight was Manny; an incredible waiter who is unbelievably friendly and polite. He gave us amazing recommendations and kept engaging with us to ensure we had a great evening. Many Thanks Manny for the fantastic service.
We were in Niagara Falls for the day and decided to splurge a little and try out The Keg Steakhouse + Bar at Fallsview/Embassy Suites. We were disappointed when we were seated on an upper level booth three rows away from the view of the falls. There were more than enough empty booths right next to the windows, but the staff clearly preferred a certain type of people to be seated there. We waited almost twenty minutes before someone came to ask us what we would like to order. We chose the Prime Rib (10 oz) and Top Sirloin (8 oz) and stressed that we wanted both of these well done. Although the lady who was serving us seemed polite and friendly, she did not do a good job serving us. We waited another full hour before our server made the effort to come to let us know that our food should be ready soon. All this time, we noticed that people who were seated after us got their food before us. After finally bringing our food another 10 minutes later, the server didn't even bother to refill our water glasses or clear away our used dishes. The Top Sirloin was indeed well done, but the Prime Rib was a far cry from properly cooked - at best, it was cooked medium rare. We decided to let it go because after waiting so long for the main dishes to arrive, we just wanted to eat the food and leave as soon as possible. Overall, the portions were much smaller than we expected and although their fries were good, the garlic mashed potatoes left a lot to be desired. The food did not have much flavour in it. There are much better options out there.
Check in process was a bit awkward coz you have to check in at the counter at the ground floor first before you go up. We had to go up and down a couple Times before it was sorted out. But the team quickly seated us. Server was efficient and food was great. The table was a bit dirty tho. Doesn’t matter if you sit right by the window, for a few rows away, you get a good view. Overall we like this place. Their steak, sides, lobsters was cooked to perfection !
I visited this location on April 22, 2022 for my fiancée birthday. The service was amazing. I was told when I booked my reservation that I could show up 10 to 15 mins early. I was told to do this if I wanted a falls view table, as I could not book one as a reservation. It was a bit of disappointment, that this did not happen. We were told we would have to wait an hour and half, if we wished to have a falls view table.All in all, I would still recommend this location.

Not the serene, pleasant atmosphere I am used to at The Keg. So loud, and so many families with young children. More like a Denny's than a Keg. Food and service were good though.
Food was delicious and service was fantastic. The only thing I wasn't to keen about was that I was unable to have them put a candle on her dessert bullie miner pie for her birthday. I even asked if they could write happy birthday on the plate which they usually do. I was told this cannot be done due to covid. How does covid prevent a happy birthday to even be written on the plate in caramel or chocolate sauce.....
Great service. Stayed at the embassy suites and they gave us a $30 coupon which we were able to use at the keg. Conveniently located right in our hotel. We had the salmon and prime rib. Both were excellent. Partner’s side of garlic mashed potatoes could have been a bit warmer. Had an app of the mushroom Neptune - delicious and I would order that again…and again!
