not a person who gives out reviews but i had to for this, ordered crispy chili potato and literally just got fries with chilli sauce ontop of the fries not mixed or sautéed like your suppose to, also got chicken korma and it literally tasted like they boiled the chicken separately and literally just threw that into already pre-made korma sauce, their samosa chat literally tasted like two (not so tasty) samosa and they just added curd ontop of the smashed samosas, the garlic naan was literally burned burned on the sides too!! the server was totally fine and nice tho but the food a big NO!
I honestly feel this is the best there is as far as Indian Food. The flavors were perfect ,bold , delicious 😋. Just the right touch of everything. My boyfriend and I just kept looking up at each other in utter Delight and amazement . Each bite just got better and better . We had Butter Chicken , The Chickpea Masala and of course Garlic Nan . Aside from the food ,the location is great and so was the customer service. I can’t wait to return .😍Next visit I will be sure to take a few pics if I can draw myself away from the actual food .
3rd class food and extra costly. The guy who served was nice but the food quality was zero. They added tip in the bill without our permission.Never ever recommended!!!Even if you are hungry go get some McDonald’s’s or Pizza somewhere but never ever to visit this place
Great, fresh food, cozy atmosphere and excellent customer service.
What to say about them…! Worst experience We ever had..! These guys just focus on money rather then there guests. For them costumers are just a number. They cover there mistakes by giving $5 discount ?. Just a advise guys if u see the lady at the counter just step back and choose another restaurant . Because she is not going to listen anything in regards to there bad food..!Peace ✌️
All looks good but the quality is average for non veg !!! Dont recommend if you like non veg from Brampton restaurants !!!!
Great ambience, authentic Indian food and amazing staff. Butter chicken, Rashmi Kobab, Dal Makhni, Chilli Paneer, Lassi, Sweet lime soda are fantastic. Everyone must try them !
The one and only authentic Indian food at Niagara Falls. Food is good but slightly on the expensive side. Tips are automatically charged into the bill.
As an Indian I am embarrassed and sad to be leaving this review. The service was absolutely terrible. The waiter suggested that we need to place our entire order at once and that they will not come back to serve us with anything once the order has already been placed. The food was mediocre at best. It got cold since we had to order a lot of it at once. It is very sad that I have to leave this review as I can attest to the quality of the food and service being great a few years back.We were told that they don’t carry any bowls. I have never been to a restaurant that doesn’t carry the essential dishes. I had a terrible experience and had I not been here with a hungry family I would have walked out. I am utterly disgusted by the attitude of the unfriendly staff. If you would like to eat Indian cuisine in Niagara, I would recommend to try out other restaurants as The Guru doesn’t embrace the key ingredient of the Indian culture of being welcoming. Namaste!
Excellent Indian food and quick service. Place was full of Indians, and queue stretched around the corner, though got in fairly quickly. Value was outstanding. Highest recommendation!
