Poor cooking in a nice looking restaurant. Service was good. Tremendously expensive for a couple of eggs, 3 skinny strips of bacon and some home fries.
Excellent service. Food good but not as good last time we were here last summer. Should have kept the patio.
No había gente, siempre apurándonos para cerrar. No conocen los vinos.
I am so happy we stopped her on our quick pit-stop in Niagara Falls. Out waiter was incredibly kind and the food (beet salad and fish-and-chips) was very good.
Such a cute spot for brunch!
Wow, fantastic dinner, marvellous service, and perfect atmosphere.
Such a good skillet! The potatoes are perfectly crispy - dare I say the best potatoes I’ve had for breakfast in a long time! The skilled was really hot so when I opened up those poached eggs it cooked the yolk so perfectly! They topped the potatoes with a nice cheese which paired so well. The hollandaise sauce was fantastic! Service was good and here they serve coffee in a French press! So worth it!
I came here Easter weekend and got the duck eggs Benny. The scone under the eggs was buttery and rich, and the hollandaise was smooth. The duck was sweet and crispy. It's pricey but I think it's worth it, it was a great brunch. The coffee left something to be desired, but they're not a cafe so I don't hold it against them.Service was prompt and professional, and the interior is beautiful.
Host got very upset, even angry, when we asked to sit near a window. He said they were reserved and I noted I did make a reservation and wanted to sit there. No one sat at those table while we were there. Food is usually quite good here but today seemed to lack in care. Croissant was microwaved, soggy and overdone. Eggs were supposed to be over easy and came over cooked. Capers and condiments were missing from plates. Seemed like the chef didn’t pay attention to detail. Food is always usually bang on. Not sure what happened today.
This was our second time to this restaurant and we loved the food and the atmostphere the 1st time but this time was a completely different ball game. The food portions were small but the prices didn't change. I recoginize that food has become more expensive but I feel as if the quality of the food has gone down. Our server was not overly knowledgeable on the menu. I told her to I had a nut allergy, where she then proceeded to bring us bread and walk away. She then came back 3 minutes later (after I had already eaten 2 slices) to tell me there were olives in the bread (some individuals with nut allergies can't eat olives.) We were also the only table for 90% of our meal and the service was horrible! For 4 people, it was almost $500 and in my opinion, it was not worth it. We will not be back again sadly.
