Great friendly staff, great food !
My boyfriend and I come here for dinner everytime we are in Niagara! Everyone is beyond nice and the service is super fast and above and beyond. Our waitress even gave us extra take home utensils so we good enjoy our leftovers in our hotel room haha, would totally recommend! (The sangria is the best ) it is fairly expensive but it is Niagara so it’s normal there.
Loved the restaurant and our server was lovely. The foof was great and served very quickly. I wish I had taken more pictures. This place is huge.

My husband and I came here after being at the casino, we went for a late dinner/appetizers. The girl that seated us, took us to a table that was dirty and around a loud group.When I saw a waiter, I ask him if he could seat us somewhere else. No questions asked he seated us at a comfy quiet booth. He then was our waiter for the rest of our time there! His name was Chad! Amazing waiter! Friendly and funny. Made sure everything was good multiple times. The food was amazing we got the platter that has mozzarella sticks ribs and chicken straps. They were the best chicken strip I have ever had. I wish we lived closer, we would definitely visit frequently! Amazing service, couldn't be any happier with Chad!
Amazing location. This was actually better then the restaurants in the U.S. the food was amazing, the service was timed perfectly and our server was very sweet and knowledgeable. Those drink were also very good. Defenetly worth it and would go back anytime.
This is the most expensive Fridays I've been to, with little amount of food given so they make maximum profit. I got the ribs with a Ceasar salad ($32) and the ribs were small and the salad was literally put in a tiny dish on top of the plate so it was so small and not filling. My husband got 12 tiny wings (for over $20) and we were all so hungry after we went to subway. Its definitely not like the US chain with large or even decent portion sizes. My daughter's $10 kids meal was bigger than my$32 adult meal. Definitely won't go back. Even the drinks weren't made properly.
Horrible experience here. Was told to wait outside while "tables were cleaned off". Spent 30 mins waiting, while observing MANY open, unused tables. There was no sign indicating a 50% capacity, so our long wait was not due to covid restrictions. After being seated, it took another 17 minutes for anyone to ask if we wanted drinks to start. After ordering, it took another 9 minutes... in a baron, empty restaurant. The employees were too busy mingling and shooting the breeze, to expedite any orders.Also, the weird guy tattoo made me very uncomfortable, and actually looked like an escaped convict.I probably wont even go to Niagara Falls ever again, just because of this terrible excuse of a restaurant.I'd rather have herpes, than ever eat a meal from here.I'm pretty sure amazon tribes, have better customer service.If anyone deserves to be fired, its every employee at this trash hole.
Great service, the baby back ribs were great, the steak was done to perfection. I would certainly go back. Our host was excellent, he waited on us like we were his only customers.
Really good experience at Theo location! The hostess was the best, gave us some good recommendations. We ended up eat at this location and really enjoyed the food and service here!
