Need to better, waited 30 minutes for dark meat, no white available for another 15 minutes. On the plus side food was hot when we received it. The menu has really shrunk also

Diane was our server and she was so great! Wonderful service. She made us feel very welcomed. Will definitely be coming back if we are in this area!
This is the best-by-far Swiss Chalet in Niagara or St. Catharines. They give good-sized portions and their caesar salad is excellent because they add BACON to it. Perfectly done. Don't waste your time at the other S.C. restaurants. Go to the one on Montrose Road.
Brutally bad. If the restaurant isn't busy, spread the customers out so we can hear the people we're with, not the boring loudmouths all around us. And don't even get me started on the server who keeps saying "Jesus" while wandering around the place.
Our server has a very poor choice in words to use in the work place swaring in front of the public is so not professional and her personality is not welcoming i think her name is ash ... last time I come here was not impressed with her service for my table or the elderly couple behide us!
Terrible .We ordered our food to be delivered for 6 pm . Don’t give people an option to have a delivery time if you don’t honour it !!!! Our food came at 5:30 . Chicken was dry and old probably left over from lunch ! Totally disgusting .
Server messed up our food and then when I went to pay made a big deal about me having scene and that she would have to go back to the till and fix the bill so she could take it…. The bills were separate already and it asks on the debit machines to input your scene card on there but I ended up saying never mind due to her attitude.
Ordering is quick and easy. Food is ready really fast - rarely longer than 15 minutes … this location also has a drive-thru option. Have ordered from here multiple times before, but the last 2 times my order was always wrong (placed online and picked up). Whether it was missing sauce, or buns, or cutlery, or a side.
Food was great as always, our young server was very pleasant and helpful.
