Best ever experience i had at this subway. Customer service was really appreciateable. Their behavior was very friendly. Everything was neat and tidy and sub was also nicely prepared.
Very nice and clean place.. all sandwiches are delicious staff is very cooperative…. Thank you for making best subway sandwiches … highly recommended..
They messed up my bread i specifically specified what bread i wanted. I suggest if you want a proper sandwich go to somewhere else. these people have airpods in their ears making you repeat the thing 5 times.

My worst experience! I'm a manager at subway for 4 yrs.Your employee RAJWINDER was super rude and arrogant.1stly she puts cheese of her choice and wn I asked for the 1 I like, she puts the blame on me that I dint mention at the time I told her the meat.Her behaviour with her coworker was bad too, she snatched the sauce bottle from her.2 customers left the store without placing the order just by seeing her attitude.plz chk Ur cameras. RAJWINDER really needs to do her University of Subway courses. I'll give her NEGATIVE for customer service.. Very poor customer service skills. People goto Niagara to enjoy, she flipped my day to a bad one.
The girl at counter named Rajwinder is highly unprofessional. She was on call while preparing my sub and working alone. And when I told her to put sauces properly that sub isn’t dry to which she said how can it be dry. Counter questioning without satisfying customer for their hunger needs. Not bothered listening to me but busy on her own call. NOT RECOMMENDING SUBWAY FALLVIEW. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. ILLMANNERED STAFF
Saturday I went there to get Subway it was big line up there.but the staff over there was really cooperative and serving everyone with Patience. I like there serving and food it was great experience… highly recommend…keep it up guys..?????
I ordered ahead on the app. Our subs were just as ordered, ready quickly and tasted great. We will definitely be ordering here again.
We've been staying at the Comfort Inn Fallsview and have had a subs from here in the last few days. Friendly staff and food was what we wanted at a prices that aren't extortionate as the majority of establishments in this town.
