Went to 3 different locations including this one and found all their doors locked before closing time, finally had to go to a fourth that had no parking and was in a crowded tourist area. What's the point to posted closing times if you just close whenever you feel like it? If this had only been one location I may have forgiven it but 3???? Ordered though Uber eats. One of the item ordered was not in store. Got a note in the photo saying I won’t be charged. If I got a call instead, I could’ve replaced the order. Now I have to place a new order and wait 30 min for it to be delivered. Go to another Starbucks, not here.

Drive thru was slow (slower than a typical Starbucks drive thru), order was wrong, coffee was cold. I think the staff wanted to get ahead of orders and were trying to make as many drinks as possible at once. I feel like they were purposely making customers wait at the window (I waited a few minutes before being handed my drink). My drink wasn't complicated, just a Venti house blend.
i go on this location today around 1:pm nd i ordered tall triple triple, they ask me if its with milk or cream. i said cream,at the end of order taking i notice they punched my drink with milk i told them it suppose to be with cream. she said it is with cream. but they still made my coffee with milk. i don’t understand if i tell them its with cream why they don’t pay attention.normally they never messed with my order.

I had my drink made wrong and I know typically Starbucks employees will remake the drink no problem. However, when I explained what happened the manager of this location yelled at me, told me I was made wrong and made me put my hand in boiling water.Cake pops are good though.
I'm not sure what is wrong with this location but I ask for the most simple thing on the menu and I get it different everytime!I ask for extra cream and they tried to give it to me black? I go every morning and the same thing happensBut I go in the afternoon and they can make it perfect everytime. I would reevaluate the morning team.
