Over double the price of a usual Starbucks. Absolute scam
I understand no preordering but no points? They have it advertising everywhere on the tables. Plus the prices are jacked. I still bought drinks for my tired crew but cancelled buying 2 travel mugs, 5 croissants ( @$5 a piece) an 3 cake pop. Also had the worst Dragonfruit refreshers that where watered down.
Absolutely garbage - baristas aren't great at making drinks and same complaints. Don't take the points system or birthday coupons because they're allegedly "privately owned".
I went there last night, the store was clean but the staff (only one person) was not welcoming at all (not like the other Starbucks staff). When we walked in she even wasn't in the store she was in the back and took couple of minutes to show up, with no greetings or smile took the orders, I asked her to prepare a lactose free milk late for me, when I wanted to drink it I felt the smell is different so I went back to her and asked her are you sure it's lactose free? She said "Actually no! I will change it for you" no apologies or any sign of being sorry even after I told her I am lactose intolerance and it really makes me sick! Thank god I trusted my gut feelings!
Very EXPENSIVE! The prices are more expensive in this neighbourhood because they're taking advantage that tourists may notice that the prices are doubled in this neighbourhood the extra taxes. They seem to also not process the rewards point offers that are available at other Starbucks stores in other neighbourhoods.
Highly inflated prices compared to other Starbucks. They did not have all the items on their menu and service was slow.
Overpriced and disgusting drinks. I got charged $1 for water and the staff wouldn’t add sweetener to my drink. My 80 year old dad said, “this is the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life, the coffee from our hotel room was better.”
