Jay and her crew this morning were exceptional....listened attentively and very friendly ....thank you! Yesterday morning's staff the cashier especially was horrible!
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They burnt my breakfast wrap so much that it basically turned into a pita chip and just crumbled into pieces when touched. Coffee was also terrible and watered down. On top of that….prices are double a normal Starbucks.

Visited Starbucks the other day on a lunch break, and had the displeasure of being served by Xanthia, seems she has trouble speaking to people with basic respect, not sure if it was because I am a minority but it felt very racially motivated especially when the customer before seemed to not have an issue. Very passive aggressive, entitled attitude, creating an unwelcoming and uncomfortable visit. After waiting 10 minutes for just a regular latte she didn’t call my name, just leaving my drink on the counter to get cold and said it was my fault for not paying attention which was extremely uncalled for I didn’t even know how to respond as she scolded at me and seemed more interested in their own conversation than helping a customer. Very sad to see such a big brand being made into a joke. If you can’t handle working in customer service, simply don’t. Unprofessional.
The people complaining clearly are not used to good coffee and probably are used to Tim Hortons or other low-rent coffee. Amazing staff, great iced caramel macchiatos, and very quick for my breakfast with the spinach feta wraps :)
Good service. Limited menu items. Would have liked there to be the lunch sandwiches like the Cubano.
Friendly service, limited menu, very expensive, small coffee and small hot chocolate was over $14
