Will NOT be coming back! We ordered venti, which completely understand it’s expensive but almost $25?! We both ordered Carmel ribbon frap and a VC cold brew.. mom tried to use her stars, wasn’t allowed because “privately owned” I asked my drink to NOT be stirred since it’s not suppose to but “Starbucks corporate policy says we have to” if your privately owned you can do whatever. Make that make sense??

Only 1 star because my pineapple passion fruit lemonade was good. It was 30 degrees outside and they had the heat on inside! The server was incredibly slow and nobody seemed to know what they were doing. It wasn't busy and still took like 10 minutes to get my lemonade. With the temp so hot inside it felt like I stepped out into air conditioning

I'm sorry, I usually don't leave bad reviews but..yikes. We walked in and it was so hot it felt like the heat was on. We waited a long time for service and the staff seemed unorganized, distracted. Probably too hot. (very nice though) I ordered my drink, then the cashier proceeded to do something else on the monitor for what seemed like 5 minutes, then asked my finance what he wanted. My drink was ready and his wasn't even looked at yet.

Staff were friendly, service was quick and enjoyed a delicious cold Americano and chocolate foam cold brew.

I wish, I can give them negative star. Please avoid this place. I was in the line up to order coffee and lady in front of me order something. After order she came back to ask the order taker a question about price. Girl answered her question and then immediately turned around and starting laughing at the lady stating she is dumb or something. Horrible customer service. Please do avoid this place.

Yes it’s pricey but it’s Niagara Falls everything here is more expensive. However, there was no line and service was quick and friendly! You get what you pay for!

Terrible experience. Over priced for Starbucks and refused to also accept payment through my Starbucks app - did not even let me collect rewards with the logic that we are not a corporate store. My son was thirsty and wanted water and they charged $1.50 for “tap” water claiming that they are charging for plastic cups. Do not understand how a plastic cup can cost $1.50. Would definitely not recommend

They made a nice Cold Brew concoction for us but also beware that everything in the Niagara Tourist i area is at a price premium so it does get pretty expensive as I think our 2 Cold Brew drinks were just under $20 but tasty.

Went today at 2:30pm.Drinks are more expensive because of the Niagara Falls tax in the town.However quick service, cosy place, and the server Aryan was extremely nice (offered us a cookie).Thanks!

This location is mobility accessible. This location sometimes has a line. If you are in a rush, go up a level and go into Four Points Sheraton that is connected and just inside there is another Starbucks that almost never has a line and you can get really quick service. That location is also mobility accessible and has a ramp leasing into the Starbucks.
