This specific location and Starbucks as a whole is definitely one of the worst chains ever!!! Stood in queue for over 20 mins on a hot sunny day (28 degree Celsius) and paid over $10 for a sorry excuse of a sandwich (chicken bacon) not worth it in my honest opinion. Then realised I needed some water requested the staff and the arrogant corporate slave was like "we charge 50 cents for the cup and you need to go back and stand in line for some water." Like for real? This massive giant of a corporation can't afford to teach their staff basic manners and afford a glass of bl**dy water! And that too I am a customer who paid more than what that sandwich was ever gonna be worth in the next 2 decades! Starbucks need to go!!! And that staff definitely need to go.
2 tall regular coffee for $9.50 more than double price. Coffee taste horrible, right away through them out, dirty place, extremely slow staff, no customer service at all. This place deserves negative star not even one.
I wish i could give 0 star. We went there around 11:35 p.m. the cashier (brown girl with glasses) was taking order of 2 guests standing next to us. It was 11:46pm when she told us She can’t take anymore orders as they were closed now. I asked what time do you guys close she said 12 and then looked at the time again and said 11:45p.m. I asked her if she can take our order as we were in the line before 11:45 pm. She refused in a very rude way. Honestly, It is not about refusing the service it is about the customer service.
Sooo cheap they don’t even let the public use the bathroom. I hate companies like this that make tons of money from the community yet are so cheap they don’t even let the public use the bathroom. Question : if they’re this cheap with the bathroom how cheap do you think they are with the quality of their food ?!? Places like this disgust me
I was astonished about how expensive this Starbucks is !Behaviour like this is abusive towards your most loyal customers. How can a shaken espresso be 9$?? For the medium size?!!People go in there trusting of the prices that are usually the same everywhere you go.I was outraged and furious that two coffees a croissant a sandwhich was 38$!!It’s not because you’re close to the falls that you can allow yourself to charge this amount. Sickening.
I threw my drink out. Really I just went there to use the washroom. I bought what was recommended and it was super sweet and over $8. I guess the fault is mine because I don't know their products but should I ever go back? It's expensive, why give them the benefit of the doubt for a retry?
9 bucks for two cake pops... Wife and I devoured it in a second...Pretty sure this place is inflated compared to the other locations. I'm not a Starbucks connoisseur but going by the other reviews everyone is saying the same thing.
DO NOT COME TO THE STARBUCKS AT THIS LOCATION!Like all previous reviewers the location is dirty. Second of all you will be paying 2-3x more than any regular startbucks location. I ordered a tall blonde and it was $4. Any other location is $2.10. Save your money and buy coffee from Time Hortons across the street
Went today and paid $13.50 for a tea and a tall Americano. My order probably wouldn’t have costed more than $8 at a different Starbucks. I didn’t realize how much it was, I tried scanning to pay with my Starbucks app which has my credit card but she kept rudely saying that it doesn’t work, to pay with a gift card or debit/credit. I asked her why it won’t work she said we don’t take it sorry, with no explanation. My brother came in and wanted a medium cappuccino so when I went to pay again I realized it was $8.50 for a cappuccino. I asked why it is so expensive because it’d usually be $5.65 and she rudely said that it’s a private owned location, that they are charging more expensive prices because THEY ARE INCLUDING THEIR FRANCHISE FEE. This is absolutely ridiculous if it is true. When I go to a Starbucks, I expect it to be the same price as I pay everyday in the GTA. I told her that as a business, it is ridiculous to be expecting to profit from using the franchise name as well as having the customers pay the franchise fee. She rudely said it’s not her problem. Extremely rude staff, that have plenty of attitude for a job that they are expected customer service of. I will definitely be contacting Starbucks management because they are exploiting people by using Starbucks’ name but ripping people off. Absolutely disgusting.
$5 for a tea, not a latte, a tea! I didn’t realize when I scanned my card because the cash register doesn’t show prices and I noticed when my mobile app showed a huge difference. At least the staff were kind enough to give me a refund as I saw they hadn’t made the tea yet.
