I am sad to say that the quality of food and service was absolutely terrible here. We used to have Smokes in our town and i have always loved it. Def not even close to the same. Sad
Obviously going to Canada, we were really excited to get poutine seeing as it is a Canadian dish. We went to the restaurant with high expectations and were disappointed. The current management is not professional at all- most of the items on the menu were unavailable, and when we asked which dishes WERE available we were told to check the app, even though we were already in the restaurant! The cashier we were talking to was also somewhat rude. Perhaps other restaurants in the chain are better, but I would not recommend going to this one. The food was okay, but the way it was prepared was not really characteristic of good poutine (again, probably to do with the management.)
Great poutine. It's somehow fast and authentic. They also serve some immaculate perogies and I am very picky about fried perogies.
Food is good, prices are okay, massive selection of poutine types, put they often don't put on a lot of gravy leaving the bottom portion of the fries bland and dry. The price is also pretty high for a poutine, but the portions are huge. Very good, would recommend, only gripes are the lack of gravy and the prices.
We went to taste poutine at Smoke's Poutinerie in Niagara Falls #poutinecheeseburger #poutine Surprising really excellent poutine outside Quebec !!!But one thing I don't know the quantity of curds Cheese you put in big size poutine but really enough for this size. The gravy so good, fries perfect and tasty topping !! All good service by Seb and friendly we appreciate our tasting at Niagara Falls !!Thanks Yves
They were supposed to be open, but were closed with no warning when we got there. Said was open till 12 am. We arrived at 8:30 PM. Lies. Would give zero stars if I could.

Went to get a Veggie Rainbow poutine (which on it has guacamole, sour cream, Sriracha & cheese sauce). I Asked to add Pierogies & bacon onto the poutine and for a side order of Fried cheese curds.They did not have fried cheese curds, I was charged $18 for a medium size poutine including the extra items (It is only $12.99 for the Veggie Rainbow poutine)After paying they told me they didn’t have Pierogies. I was waiting for the poutine to be made and then was told they did not have sour cream. When I got home I am not sure what they gave me. I called to say they gave me the wrong poutine and found out they also do not have guacamole. They were very rude and said they would remake the poutine but they do not have the menu item in stock to remake this poutine. They refused to do a refund. Seems as though they don’t have menu items and they just make whatever they want to get money and send customers out the door with completely wrong orders.Working was a lady named Hailey & a younger man.Will not go to this location ever again. They were both extremely rude.

Our first time eating at Smoke's was last week. We ordered the Traditional poutine: it is absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend eating here. I look forward to coming back to Smoke's to try the chicken bacon ranch version. ?
